تعقد المحكمة “العليا” للاحتلال الإسرائيلي، يوم الإثنين المقبل، جلسة بشأن عائلات حي الشيخ جراح في القدس المحتلة، المهددة بالإخلاء من منازلها.

وأبلغ أهالي حي الشيخ جراح في مدينة القدس المحتلة محاكم الاحتلال، اليوم الخميس، رفضهم إبرام أي اتفاق مع المستوطنين بعد أن أمهلتهم محكمة الاحتلال العسكرية، يوم الأحد الماضي حتى اليوم لإبرام اتفاق مع المستوطنين حول ملكية الأرض والمنازل الواقعة في الحي والتي يهدد الاحتلال بإخلاء ساكنيها في أية لحظة.

وكانت المحكمة الإسرائيلية، أمهلت العائلات الفلسطينية للتوافق مع المستوطنين على إيجاد آلية لدفع بدل إيجار للمستوطنين بأثر رجعي، ومواصلة دفع الإيجار إلى أن يتوفى رب المنزل الفلسطيني، بحيث لا ينتقل الإيجار المحمي لأولاده.

وقال سامي ارشيد محامي العائلات المهددة بالإخلاء في الشيخ جراح، سامي ارشيد في مؤتمر صحفي عقده أمام المنازل المهددة في الحي، إن قرار المحكمة بعقد جلسة في العاشر من الشهر المقبل الساعة 11 صباحا أي يوم الاثنين المقبل لسماع طلب الاستئناف المقدم من عائلات الشيخ جراح، أمام هيئة مكونة من ثلاث قضاة ونحن بانتظار هذه الجلسة لسماع طلب الاستئناف باسم اربع عائلات وهي إسكافي والكرد وقاسم والجاعوني.

وفي أواخر أيلول/سبتمبر الماضي، أصدرت محكمة “الصلح الإسرائيلية”، قرارًا بإخلاء أربع عائلات من الحي، أعقبه قرار آخر في تشرين الأول/ أكتوبر 2020، بإخلاء ثلاث عائلات فلسطينية أخرى منازلها.

ورفضت المحكمة استئناف تلك العائلات، وأصدرت في شباط/ فبراير 2021 قراراً ضدّ أربع عائلات، وفرضت عليهم تنفيذ الإخلاء في مهلة أقصاها مطلع أيار/ مايو 2021، فيما أمهلت ثلاث عائلات أخرى حتى آب/ أغسطس 2021 لإخلاء منازلها.

وبموجب اتفاقية وقعت بين وكالة غوث وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين “الأونروا” والحكومة الأردنية، في سنة 1956، تمّ استيعاب 28 عائلة فلسطينية هجرت من أراضيها الفلسطينية المحتلة سنة 1948، وبنت الحكومة الأردنيّة بيوتاً لتلك العائلات على أراض كانت مُؤجرة في السّابق لعائلات يهودية خرجت من الحي بعد النكبة. ومع مرّ السنين باتت هذه المنازل تضمّ 80 أسرة مؤلفة من أكثر من 550 فرداً.

اعتقلت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، مساء اليوم الخميس، عددا من الفلسطينيين عقب الاعتداء عليهم، خلال مشاركتهم مائدة إفطار تضامني مع أهالي حي الشيخ جراح، بالقدس المحتلة، المهدد بالإخلاء.

وعرف من المعتقلين: أمين سر حركة فتح في القدس شادي مطور، وشادي الخاروف، وإسلام غتيت، ونور الشلبي، والشقيقين آدم وبشار يعيش.

وقالت مصادر محلية، بحسب وكالة”وفا”، إن “قوات الاحتلال استولت على سماعة مكبرة للصوت من أحد منازل أهالي حي الشيخ جراح”.

وأضافت: إن “مستوطنين اعتدوا على موائد إفطار رمضانية، نصبت في حي الشيخ جراحأ، تضامنا مع أهالي الحي المهددين بالإخلاء من منازلهم لصالح الاستيطان، وقاموا برش غاز الفلفل على الصائمين بالتزامن مع موعد الإفطار”.

وناشد أهالي الشيخ جراح، “أهالي العيسوية والطور وجبل المكبر وسلوان وراس العمود الحضور الى الشيخ جراح في أسرع وقت ممكن”.

ويواجه أهالي الحي المهدد بالإخلاء من قبل جمعيات استيطانية ومحاكم الاحتلال خطر التشريد والتهجير من القدس في أي لحظة.

وفي وقت لاحق، أطلقت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، الرصاص المعدني المغلف بالمطاط تجاه المواطنين المتواجدين في حي الشيخ جراح بالقدس المحتلة.

وأفاد شهود عيان، بأن قوات الاحتلال أغلقت مداخل حي الشيخ جراح، لمنع توافد المتضامنين مع السكان المهددين بالتهجير، فيما تواصلت استفزازات المستوطنين للاحتشاد في المكان، عقب تواجد المواطنين في للتضامن مع اهالي الحي.

وأضاف الشهود، أن قوات الاحتلال اعتدت على المتواجدين وأطلقت الرصاص الحي تجاه الشبان.

أعلن الصحفي الفلسطيني المعتقل في سجون الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، علاء الريماوي، تعليق إضرابه عن الطعام مقابل الإفراج عنه الشهر القادم.

جاء ذلك وفق ما ذكره خالد زبارقة محامي الريماوي، خلال مؤتمر صحفي عقده في مدينة رام الله بالضفة الغربية.

وقال زبارقة، إنه “أبلغ الريماوي خلال زيارته بسجن عوفر مساء الخميس بقرار السلطات الإسرائيلية تقليص مدة اعتقاله الإداري من 3 أشهر إلى شهر ونصف على أن يفرج عنه الشهر القادم”.

وأضاف: “اليوم عقدت جلسة سرية بين المحكمة (الإسرائيلية) والمخابرات والنيابة العسكرية وتم إصدار قرار بتقليص مدة الاعتقال الإداري من 3 أشهر إلى شهر ونصف”.

وأردف زبارقة: “أطلعته (الريماوي) على حيثيات القرار، وكان راض ومسرور جدا”، مشيرا إلى أنه “سيكون في 5 يونيو/ حزيران القادم مع عائلته”.

واعتقل الريماوي في 21 أبريل/نيسان الماضي من منزله بمدينة رام الله (وسط) وأعلن على الفور الإضراب عن الطعام حتى الإفراج عنه، وفي 25 أبريل/نيسان أحالته “إسرائيل” إلى الاعتقال الإداري لمدة 3 أشهر، قابلة للتمديد.

وإضافة إلى عمله في قناة “الجزيرة مباشر”، يدير الريماوي أيضا شبكة “جي ميديا” الإعلامية (خاصة).

وعبر الريماوي في رسالة، تلاها شقيقه يحيى الريماوي، بعد المؤتمر الصحفي عن شكره لكل من وقف إلى جانبه، متعهدا بالعودة إلى عمله الصحفي لكشف انتهاكات الاحتلال.

وأضاف “أعلن عن وقف الإضراب عن الطعام بعد انتزاع هيئة الدفاع القرار الذي جاء ثمرة 16 يوما من الإضراب”.

والاعتقال الإداري حبس بأمر عسكري إسرائيلي دون لائحة اتهام، لمدة تصل 6 أشهر، قابلة للتمديد.

وتعتقل سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي نحو 4400 فلسطيني في سجونها، بينهم 39 سيدة، ونحو 155 طفلا، فيما يقارب عدد المعتقلين الإداريين 350، حسب مؤسسات معنية بشؤون الأسرى.

قالت مصادر خاصة في دمشق لـ”قدس برس”: “إن عدد الموافقات التي منحت للعودة إلى مخيم اليرموك تتراوح بين 4 و5 في الشهر، أي ما يقارب الـ60 عائلة في السنة كحد أقصى”، إذا بقيت الأمور تسير على هذا المنوال.

وأكدت ذات المصادر أن “ملف مخيم اليرموك مجمد، وليس هناك تطور حقيقي يعتد به”، رغم ما ينشره ناشطون عن ترميم بعض المحلات التجارية في المخيم.

وكشفت المصادر عن تلقي الناشطين المتابعين لملف مخيم اليرموك المتواجدين في دمشق، تعليمات صارمة من جهات أمنية، تحذرهم فيها من تناول ملف المخيم في منشوراتهم.

وأوضحت المصادر، أن هؤلاء الناشطين يلجؤون لأقاربهم خارج البلاد، من أجل نشر المعلومات حول آخر التطورات في المخيم؛ خوفا من الملاحقة الأمنية، وتحويل الأمر إلى أبعاد سياسية.

وبحسب مصادر دمشقية، هناك من يحاول الايهام بأن أهالي المخيم غير جادين بالعودة، متهمة الأجهزة الأمنية بالتضييق على كل من يتقدم بطلب العودة، “بمحاصرته بكم هائل من الأسئلة عن كل من يمت له بصلة من بعيد ومن قريب”.

ولفتت المصادر إلى أن الكثيرين باتوا يترددون من مواجهة الأجهزة الأمنية، خاصة أولئك المطلوبون للخدمة العسكرية أو الذين لديهم أقرباء في الشمال السوري أو تركيا، وأن هناك من دفع رشاوى للحصول على الموافقة، إلا أنه بعد كل ذلك قوبل طلبه بالرفض.

وبينت المصادر أن مناطق “جادات عين غزال”، التي يسكنها مواطنون سوريون، شهدت عودة الأهالي؛ “كون معظمهم من الموظفين الذين حصلوا على مساكنهم بالتقسيط من محافظة دمشق ولم يسددوا إلا الجزء اليسير، ومن مصلحة المحافظة إعادتهم لاستيفاء باقي القروض منهم وهذا ما يفسر حصولهم على موافقات العودة بسرعة وسهولة”، مشيرة إلى هذه المناطق تم تخديمها بشبكة المياه بشكل كامل، فيما تجهيز البنى التحتية لخدمة الكهرباء في مراحلها الاخيرة”.

وتساءلت المصادر عن سبب “غياب مثل هذه التسهيلات في المخيم القديم بين شارعي اليرموك وفلسطين خاصة مناطق عكا وحسن سلامة واللد الواقعة بين شارع جلال كعوش وشارع لوبية التي تعتبر عصب المخيم”.

وبحسب المصادر، فإن العودة إلى المخيم ممكنة، “في حال توفر إرادة حقيقية بعودة الناس للمخيم، خاصة وأن أكثر من 80% من المخيم صالح للسكن”.

حركة مريبة للسماسرة في المخيم

وذكرت المصادر بأن “صفقات بيع مشبوهة للعقارات تقف وراءها جهات فاعلة في الحرب السورية، تعمل على تغيير هوية وديموغرافيا مخيم اليرموك”.

وبينت المصادر أن سماسرة مرتبطين بجهات مشبوهة، ينشطون داخل المخيم في عمليات شراء بأسعار زهيدة للمنازل، “لصالح جهات مجهولة مستغلين حاجة الناس وفقدان الأمل بالعودة للمخيم”.

وكان عضو مجموعة العمل من أجل فلسطينيي سوريا محمود زغموت أشار في لقاء مع تلفزيون سوريا، إلى أن الموقع الجغرافي للمخيم جعل سماسرة سوريين وفلسطينيين يعملون كواجهات لشركات عقارية بعضها تابعة لشخص يدعى، ياسر قشلق، له علاقة بحركة “فلسطين حرة”، التي ترتبط بشركة الإعمار الإيرانية “نيكن سوريا”؛ للاستحواذ على عقارات الأهالي بأقل كلفة ممكنة.

وأوضح “زغموت” أن السماسرة يعلنون عن رغبتهم في شراء العقارات عبر علاقاتهم في المخيم ومجموعات التواصل الاجتماعي، كما يقومون عبر علاقاتهم بمؤسسات النظام بتسريع عمليات البيع واستصدار الأوراق الرسمية في حال فقدانها، مستغلين حالة العوز للأهالي بعد تهجيرهم بسنوات، وعدم قدرتهم على تأمين المسكن والغذاء ليقوموا ببيع عقاراتهم بأسعار زهيدة.

قالت سفارة فلسطين لدى المملكة العربية السعودية، إن 8 فلسطينيين غالبيتهم أطفال ونساء لقوا مصرعهم، الخميس، جراء حريق اندلع في شقتهم بمدينة جدة (غرب).

وأوضحت السفارة في بيان مقتضب على صفحتها في موقع “فيسبوك”، أن الفلسطينيين الـ 8 “توفوا اختناقا وحرقا، إثر تعرضهم لحريق مفاجئ في شقتهم الكائنة بجدة في صبيحة الخميس”.

وذكرت أن ضحايا الحريق هم: بدور أحمد البورنو وأبناؤها: نغم وتالين وبسنت وكنان وهتان نادر عيوش، ورئيسة عبد الله الحليمي وابنتها غادة إسلام دحلان.

وأشارت السفارة، إلى أن رئيس السلطة الفلسطينية محمود عباس، أصدر توجيهات للسفير باسم الآغا بالتوجه إلى مدينة جدة “لتقديم واجب العزاء والمواساة، والوقوف على حيثيات الحادث الأليم”.

ووفق تقديرات دائرة شؤون اللاجئين بمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية، فإن عدد الفلسطينيين في السعودية يتراوح بين 400 و500 ألف فرد، يعيش ما بين 270 و300 ألف منهم في مدينة جدة وحدها.

قال رئيس اللجنة القطرية لإعادة إعمار غزة، السفير محمد العمادي، إن اللجنة وبالتعاون مع صندوق قطر للتنمية، ستبدأ عملية صرف المساعدات النقدية للأسر المتعففة في القطاع، يوم غد الجمعة.

وأوضح السفير العمادي في بيان عممته، اللجنة الخميس، أن المنحة ستُصرف لـ 100 ألف أسرة مستورة ومتعففة في محافظات قطاع غزة، بواقع 100 دولار لكل عائلة.

وأشار إلى أن عملية التوزيع ستتم عبر فروع بنك البريد في محافظات القطاع، ضمن إجراءات الوقاية المتبعة لمواجهة تفشي فيروس “كورونا”، حفاظا على سلامة المستفيدين ولضمان التزامهم بإجراءات الوقاية والتعقيم والتباعد الاجتماعي.

وشدد على أن عملية التوزيع ستتم بإشراف كامل من طواقم اللجنة القطرية، وبالتعاون مع الجهات المختصة، بشكلٍ يضمن تحقيق معايير الأمان والسلامة التامة للمستفيدين والعاملين في مراكز التوزيع، في ظل انتشار فيروس “كورونا” في قطاع غزة.

RAMALLAH, Thursday, May 06, 2021 (WAFA) – The Palestinian Presidency Wednesday night denounced the “extrajudicial” killing of a Palestinian teenager by Israeli forces, south of Nablus.
Presidency spokesman, Nabil Abu Rudeineh, condemned in a press statement the killing of 16-year-old Said Yousef Mohammad Odeh by Israeli military forces in a raid on Odla village, south of Nablus.
“The Israeli occupation government still insists on proceeding with the same policy of extrajudicial killings of Palestinians and imposing the most severe collective punishments on the Palestinian people and its property in violation of international humanitarian laws,” he said.
He called upon the international community and its institutions, notably the United Nations Security Council, to provide international protection for the Palestinian people to save it from the Israeli occupation authorities’ repression and violations, such as the forcible eviction of dozens of Palestinians from their homes in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah and ongoing attacks on holy sites.
He stressed the need to put an end to Israel’s arrogance, daily extrajudicial killings of and violations against the Palestinian people, disregard to international law in addition to bring about justice through establishing the independent Palestinian state, which is vital for international peace and security.

GAZA, Thursday, May 06, 2021 (WAFA) – The Israeli navy today targeted Palestinian fishermen offshore As-Sudaniya, northwest of Gaza city, destroying a boat, according to WAFA correspondent.
He said that the fishermen were sailing within three nautical miles when Israeli naval boats opened gunfire and water hoses toward them, causing damages to a boat and forcing them to flee for safety. No injuries were reported though.
Fourteen years following the Israeli “disengagement” from Gaza, Israel has not actually disengaged from Gaza; it still maintains control of its land borders, access to the sea and airspace.
Two million Palestinians live the Gaza Strip, which has been subjected to a punishing and crippling Israeli blockade for 12 years and repeated onslaughts that have heavily damaged much of the enclave’s infrastructure.
Gaza’s 2-million population remains under “remote control” occupation and a strict siege, which has destroyed the local economy, strangled Palestinian livelihoods, plunged them into unprecedented rates of unemployment and poverty, and cut off from the rest of the occupied Palestinian territories and the wider world.
Gaza remains occupied territory, having no control over its borders, territorial waters or airspace. Meanwhile, Israel upholds very few of its responsibilities as the occupying power, failing to provide for the basic needs of Palestinian civilians living in the territory.
Every two in three Palestinians in Gaza is a refugee from lands inside what is now Israel. That government forbids them from exercising their right to return as enshrined in international law because they are not Jews.

AMMAN, Thursday, May 06, 2021 (WAFA) – U.S. Senator from Connecticut, Chris Murphy, Wednesday paid a landmark visit to the Wadi Seer Training Centre run by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) in Amman, Jordan.
Senator Murphy received an on-site briefing about the situation of Palestine refugees in Jordan, the response of UNRWA during the COVID-19 pandemic and the way the Agency runs its vocational training programmes, the United Nations agency said in a press release.
He was accompanied by the U.S Ambassador to Jordan, Henry Wooster, the UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini, the Director of UNRWA Affairs in Jordan, Marta Lorenzo, in addition to a group from the U.S. embassy and UNRWA staff.
During the tour inside the campus, the delegation was introduced to different workshops including maintenance of mobile phone devices, general electrical installation, carpentry and furniture making and auto mechanics. The Wadi Seer Training Centre was founded in 1962 and offers skills to some 1,500 students today in nearly 50 different educational areas that meet the needs of Jordan’s labour market.
“One of the greatest challenges young people face nowadays is to find a job,” said the Director of UNRWA Affairs in Jordan, M. Lorenzo. “Ninety per cent of our students find jobs immediately after they graduate from UNRWA vocational and training centres in Jordan. The training, skills and experience that these young women and men gain usually help reduce the barriers to the competitive labour market. To continue this positive trend, UNRWA training centres continuously adapt to the changing needs of the labour market.”
During the visit, the U.S. delegation met with several UNRWA students, who described how the education they receive in the Agency’s Vocational and Training Centre contributes to shaping their ambition and personalities. They also opened up about the employment challenges they will face, especially as the pandemic hit hard at the economy in Jordan.
“I was glad to visit the Wadi Seer Training Centre and learn about the vocational training and education programs they provide to refugees in Jordan. These U.S.-supported programs are critical to helping refugees, especially young people, rebuild their lives and contribute to the economy,” said Senator Murphy.
UNRWA in Jordan operates two TVET centres; Wadi Seer Training Centre (WSTC) and Amman Training Centre (ATC). As of April 2021, these centres provide 30 vocational, 16 technical and one trade courses to nearly 3,000 students.
“The digital age has forced UNRWA to review the trainings it offered to students across the region,” said Lazzarini. “Young Palestine refugees must be on par with their peers around the world if they are to continue being coveted by businesses and firms globally. Robotics, mechatronics and green energy are all new areas that UNRWA has now included in its vocational education programmes.”
Last month, the Unites States announced the restoration of US$ 150 million to UNRWA and Palestine refugees, restoring its role as a decades-long friend and supporter of the UN agency that provides life-saving human development and humanitarian aid assistance to Palestine refugees across the Middle East.

RAMALLAH, Thursday, May 6, 2021 (WAFA) – Palestine today recorded 651 new Covid-19 cases and nine deaths, according to Health Minister Mai Al-Kaileh.
She announced that 651 Palestinians tested positive for the highly contagious virus and nine others died of it in the occupied territories.
Among the new 651 cases, 212 cases were recorded in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and 439 others in the besieged Gaza Strip.
In the West Bank, Nablus district was ranked the first with (50) cases, followed by Hebron (44) cases, Ramallah & al-Bireh (32) cases, Jenin (27) cases, Tulkarm (22) cases, Bethlehem (16) cases, Tubas (10) cases, Qalqiliya (7) cases, Salfit (2) cases and Jerusalem suburbs (2) cases.
Al-Kaileh identified the deaths as six deaths from the West Bank, including Jerusalem, and three others from the besieged Gaza Strip.
The West Bank deaths were distributed as follows: 3 deaths in Nablus district, another in Tulkarm, another in Ramallah & al-Bireh and another in Hebron.
She added that 1,931 Covid-19 patients recovered; 478 recovery cases in the West Bank, including Jerusalem district, and 1,453 others in the Gaza Strip.
She pointed that 133 Covid-19 patients are getting treatment in intensive care units, including 39 who are connected to ventilators, while 326 others are currently hospitalized across the West Bank.
Recoveries account for 94.2 percent of total cases since the pandemic outbreak in March, active cases for 4.8 percent and the death toll accounts for 1.0 percent.
Regarding the Covid-19 vaccination rollout, al-Kaileh said that 263,475 people have received the vaccine so far, including 193,127 people who received the second dose of the vaccine.

JERUSALEM, Thursday, May 6, 2021 (WAFA) – Palestinian families facing an imminent Israeli threat of eviction in the occupied Jerusalem neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah told the Supreme Israeli Court today that no compromise has been reached with Israeli settlers concerning land and house ownership claims by the latter.
Sami Irsheid, the lawyer of Sheikh Jarrah families, said he had submitted to the court a notification that no agreement was made with the settlers concerning their alleged ownership claims, and said the families were waiting for the court’s ruling concerning the matter at any time today or later on.
He added that the families had also submitted a new request for appeal to be able to submit more data on the case in order to confirm their ownership of their land and homes in Sheikh Jarrah.
On Sunday, the Supreme Israeli Court gave four Palestinian families from from Sheikh Jarrah neighbourhood until Thursday to reach a deal with Israeli Jewish settlers regarding the ownership of their homes.
The deal proposed by the court requires the Palestinian families to pay the Israeli settlers to rent their homes until the current owners pass away and then assign the properties to the settlers, not to their heirs.
On March 19, the Palestinian Authority’s Jerusalem Governorate urged the international community to assume its responsibility and prevent Israel from forcibly evicting and demolishing houses of Palestinian families in the neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah in occupied East Jerusalem.
“The Israeli policy of forcible displacement, home evictions and house demolition is a tool being used to push Palestinians outside their capital,” said the Jerusalem Governorate in a statement at that time.
“Such policies against an occupied population are nothing short of War Crimes under international law, and so the international community must recognize and acknowledge this tragedy.” M.N
