‫CGTN تعلن المرشحين النهائيين الـ24 في مسابقة “منافسي وسائل الإعلام” الدولية

‫لم يتبق أكثر من 50 يوما على افتتاح معرض الواردات الصيني الدولي الرابع

شنغهاي، 20 أيلول/سبتمبر، 2021 /PRNewswire/ — معرض الواردات الدولي الصيني الرابع (سي آي آي إي)، وهو المعرض الدولي الأكبر للواردات، يواصل كونه معرضا ضخما للمنتجات والتقنيات والخدمات الأحدث، كما قال منظمو المعرض في المؤتمر الصحفي الذي تصادف مع اليوم الخمسين المتبقية على افتتاح المعرض يوم 16 أيلول/سبتمبر.

سيتم الاحتفاظ بست فئات رئيسية من فئات العرض في المعرض، في حدث هذا العام، والذي ستتجاوز مساحته 360 ألف متر مربع بالإضافة إلى عدد أكبر من العارضين مقارنة بالعام الماضي، وفقًا لما ذكره جو لينغيان، نائب المدير العام لقسم المعارض التجارية بمكتب معرض الواردات الصيني الدولي.

سيكون أكثر من 80 في المئة من شركات فورتشن غلوبال 500 والشركات الصناعية الرائدة التي شاركت في معرض العام الماضي حاضرة في حدث هذا العام، وهو دليل على الجاذبية القوية للمعرض.

قال جو إن عدد الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تأتي في مجموعات للمشاركة في حدث هذا العام، بزيادة 30٪ عن العام الماضي.

زادت الوكالات التجارية، مثل تلك القادمة من اليابان والدنمارك وبولندا ونيوزيلندا، من حجم أكشاكها لإيواء المزيد من العارضين الصغار.  وقال جو: “تبلغ مساحة جناح أوروبا الوسطى والشرقية أكثر من 1500 متر مربع وسيضم 60 شركة”.

سيتم إنشاء ما إجماليه 13 قسمًا خاصًا يركز على الصناعات الشعبية مثل الدوائر المتكاملة والصحة العامة ومكافحة الأوبئة والطب البيولوجي والنقل الذكي، تماشياً مع الجهود المبذولة لزيادة احترافية المعرض.

سيتم إنشاء قسم لحضانة الابتكار في مناطق عرض الصناعة الذكية وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والسيارات والمعدات الطبية ومنتجات الرعاية الصحية، والتي تضم أكثر من 100 عارض في مجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي وعلوم الحياة والقيادة الذاتية.

سيعقد مكتب معرض الواردات الصيني الدولي وبنك الصين مؤتمرات كبيرة للمزاوجة بين البائعين والمشترين أثناء المعرض من 6  إلى 8 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر، حيث سيتم ترتيب اجتماعات فردية بين المشترين والعارضين مع خدمات مثل الترجمة الفورية وروابط الفيديو.

وقال ليو وي، المدير العام لقسم التمويل الشامل في فرع بنك الصين في شنغهاي، إنه في السنوات الثلاث الماضية، ساعدت مؤتمرات المزاوجة في الموقع أكثر من 3000 عارض و 7000 مشتر في التوصل إلى صفقات أو اتفاقيات تعاون مستقبلية بينهم.

تقرير نانفانغ ميديا: الصين تدفع قدما بخطط رئيسية لتعزيز اقتصاد هونغ كونغ وماكاو

 نظام جديد لتعزيز التنمية المتكاملة بين غوانغدونغ وماكاو

تقع منطقة هنغين في مدينة جوهاي في غوانغدونغ، على الجانب الآخر من ماكاو، وتغطي مساحة قدرها 106 كيلومترات مربعة، أي ثلاثة أضعاف مساحة ماكاو.

تم إنشاء المنطقة في العام 2009، ومن المقرر أن توفر ماكاو مساحة جديدة للتنمية الاقتصادية. ومع ذلك، فإن تطوير هنغين كان حتى الآن خاضعا للتوجيه من جوهاي أساسا، على الرغم من أن مهمته هي خدمة ماكاو.

توسعت شيانهاي لمعالجة المشاكل الاقتصادية في هونغ كونغ

وفقا لخطة شيانهاي، سيتم توسيع منطقة التعاون بين شنجن وهونغ كونغ ثماني مرات إلى 120.56 كيلومتر مربع من 14.92 كيلومتر مربع حاليا. وتعتبر هذه الخطة فرصة لهونغ كونغ لمعالجة بعض المشاكل الاقتصادية المنسوبة إلى المساحة المحدودة.

تشير الإحصاءات إلى أن إجمالي 11500 شركة مستثمرة في هونغ كونغ مسجلة في شيانهاي، وهي منطقة تقع في شنجن المجاورة لهونغ كونغ، وأن مبلغ 22.6 مليار دولار أميركي من استثمارات هونغ كونغ موجودة في شيانهاي حتى الآن.

وقال كونغ ليانغ، نائب رئيس اللجنة الوطنية للتنمية والإصلاح: “دخل عدد كبير من مزودي الخدمات الحديثة في هونغ كونغ السوق الصينية عبر شيانهاي ولكنهم لم يتمكنوا من تلبية احتياجاتهم. “توسيع شينهاي لا يوفر المزيد من المساحة فقط، ولكنه يوفر المزيد من الفئات الصناعية لتحقيق تفوق هونغ كونغ في المشهد الكامل.”

وأضاف تشين ويتشونغ، رئيس بلدية شنجن، أن المدينة ستوفر ثلث أراضيها المحولة إلى مناطق صناعية حديثا لتلبية الطلب من الشركات الممولة من هونغ كونغ.

In a first, the flag of Palestine raised at the Danish parliament building celebrating Flag Day

COPENHAGEN, Palestinian expatriates in Denmark yesterday celebrated the Palestinian Flag Day by raising the flag of Palestine on a mast in front of the Danish Parliament in the Danish capital, Copenhagen, in an initiative that was the first of its kind in that country.

This event was organized by the Forum of the Palestinian Community in Denmark and House 48, in the presence of the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Denmark, Manuel Hassassian, and the participation of Danish Parliament Member, Sikander Siddik, head of the Independent Green Party and editor-in-chief of Pal?stina Orienting, Ole Olsen, in addition to members of the Palestinian, Arab and Islamic communities.

Speakers at the event, during which the Palestinian flag was hoisted outside the parliament building, stressed the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination and the establishment of their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital. They called on the Danish government to recognize the Palestinian state and act to stop the criminal practices of the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people. They also stressed the right of the Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails to freedom.

Palestinians around the world mark Flag Day on September 30 of each year marking the day President Mahmoud Abbas raised it for the first time at the United Nations headquarters in New York in 2015, alongside the flags of the Member States, after a speech he delivered before the United Nations General Assembly.

Palestinians fear Israel’s decision to seize thousands of dunums of land near Bethlehem is for settlement expansion

BETHLEHEM, Tuesday, September 21, 2021 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation authorities today issued an order to seize thousands of dunums of Palestinian-owned land in the village of Kisan, south of the occupied West Bank city of Bethlehem, according to a local source, raising concern that the decision is intended for the expansion of an illegal colony in that area.

Hasan Breijieh, from the Wall and Settlements Resistance Commission, told WAFA that Israel claimed the takeover of the land, estimated at around 50,000 dunums, located southeast of the village, is going to be turned into a nature reserve.

However, he added, this decision is actually intended to facilitate seizing more Palestinian lands in the village to expand the nearby Abi HaNahal settlement.

Meanwhile, the deputy of the head of Kisan village council, Ahmad Ghazal, told WAFA that settlers from Abi HaNahal proceeded today to construct a road for their settlement on village land.

He said the 2-kilometer long, 4-meter wide road intends to link their settlement to an industrial area west of the village the settlers have launched also on village land where solar panels and a factory for recycling of solid waste were set up.

The road will lead to the takeover of hundreds of dunums of village land, warned Ghazal.

UNRWA Commissioner-General alarmed by two major security incidents in Lebanon

JERUSALEM, Philippe Lazzarini, Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine refugees (UNRWA), last night expressed alarm at two major security incidents that occurred in Lebanon.

“I am very alarmed by two major security developments that happened in Lebanon over the weekend,” said Lazzarini in a statement.

In one incident on the morning of 19 September, he said, protestors from the temporary housing units near Nahr el-Bared refugee camp broke into the UNRWA construction site office, causing severe damage to the premises and to seven Agency vehicles. No one was injured. This incident came in the aftermath of a series of thefts in UNRWA installations in the camp over the last few weeks.

Lazzarini said Palestinian faction leaders condemned the incident and the thefts and pledged their support to ensure these incidents would not occur again.

On the same day, he added, in Ein El Hilweh refugee camp, in the south of Lebanon, fighting between Fatah and Jund al-Sham armed factions erupted, and fighters entered four UNRWA schools. Seven people were injured because of the fighting, including two civilians in Saida. Palestinian faction leaders have condemned the incident and have committed to investigate it.

“I strongly condemn these incidents, which severely undermine the neutrality and inviolability of our premises and put at serious risk the protection and security of Palestine refugees, UNRWA personnel and property. UNRWA is requesting that all parties commit to respect the Agency’s neutrality and the inviolability of its installations at all times and to take all measures necessary to ensure that incidents to the contrary are not repeated,” stressed the Commissioner-General.

“I continue to be extremely concerned about the deteriorating situation in Lebanon as a whole and its significant impact on Palestine refugees who were already among the most vulnerable communities. UNRWA is a front-row witness to the immense needs and the high level of poverty among Palestine refugees in Lebanon. The Agency is sparing no effort to advocate for additional support to the Palestine refugee community in Lebanon,” he said.

“In order to continue to deliver critical services, UNRWA needs both additional financial support and full respect for the safety of its personnel as well as for the inviolability of its installations at all times,” stressed Lazzarini.

Israeli forces seize Palestinian-owned truck south of Bethlehem

BETHLEHEM, Israeli forces seized today a Palestinian-owned truck in the town of al-Khader to the south of Bethlehem, in the southern occupied West Bank, according to local sources.

Sources told WAFA correspondent the truck was stopped by an Israeli military vehicle while working in the Abu Sood area, west of the town of al-Khader.

The truck was confiscated and taken to the nearby Gush Atzion settlement bloc, built illegally on Palestinian lands.

Seventeen coronavirus deaths, 1977 new cases recorded in Palestine

RAMALLAH, Seventeen people have died of coronavirus in Palestine in the last 24 hours while 1977 new cases were recorded, today said Minister of Health Mail Alkaila.

She said in her daily report on the virus in Palestine that two people died in the West Bank and 654 new cases were confirmed, while 799 patients have recovered.

The Gaza Strip also reported 14 deaths, 1323 new cases, and 800 recoveries.

Alkaila said 214 people are in hospitals getting treatment for coronavirus, and 73 are intensive care, while 12 patients are on ventilators.

A total of 1,319,937 people have been vaccinated against coronavirus in Palestine and 613,560 have had the second dose of the vaccine.

Appeal Court of The Hague to hear case against Israeli Generals

THE HAGUE, The Appeal Court of The Hague is scheduled to hold a hearing on Thursday on the case brought by Ismail Ziada against the former Chief of General Staff of the Israeli armed forces, Benny Gantz, and former Commander of the Israeli Air Force, Amir Eshel, for the bombing of the Ziada family home in Gaza.

Ziada argues that the District Court of The Hague erred in its first-instance decision to offer functional immunity to the defendants, as such immunity is not enjoyed for war crimes.

Ziada, who is of Palestinian origin, is seeking to hold the defendants accountable for the targeted attack on the Ziada family home on 20 July 2014 which resulted in the death of Ziada’s 70-year-old mother, three brothers, his sister-in-law, a 12-year-old nephew and a visiting friend.

Israel’s 50-day war on Gaza between July and August 2014 left over 2000 Palestinians dead, most of them civilians, thousands injured and hundreds of homes destroyed.

Ziada contends that the attack was a violation of international humanitarian law and constituted a gross violation of internationally recognized human rights principles.

The case was filed in Dutch courts as Ziada, like many others, is unable to gain access to justice in Israel due to the discriminatory practices faced by Palestinians seeking accountability for war crimes.

On 29 January 2020, the District Court of The Hague ruled that, due to their positions in the Israeli armed forces, Gantz and Eshel were immune from prosecution before Dutch courts as the alleged actions were carried out in accordance with their official duties.

Ziada argues that the first-instance court erred in its decision to extend immunity to the accused, further denying his right to justice contributing to impunity for international crimes.

He is pursuing the case in accordance with Dutch law which upholds the principle of universal jurisdiction in civil proceedings for individuals who are unable to gain access to justice elsewhere. It is a unique case and the first time a Palestinian has been able to make use of civil litigation on the basis of universal jurisdiction to gain access to justice for war crimes.

The Ziada case is supported by musician Roger Waters as well as hundreds of individuals and organizations through donations and an international crowdfunding campaign.

Center wins legal decision equating East Jerusalem residents’ health rights with Israeli citizens

JERUSALEM, After a long legal process since 2016 the Society of St. Yves – Catholic Center for Human Rights represented by Adv- Nasarat Dakkour was able to succeed in an appeal on a law that discriminates against the Palestinians with family unification fees to get health insurance.

The supreme court has agreed on St. Yves’ appeal and issued new regulations for the Israeli Health Government to amend its regulations in order to equate the first payment imposed on Palestinians with Jerusalem ID versus Palestinians holders of Israeli Passport for spouses with family Unification fees of health insurance.

Meanwhile, it is worth mentioning that the Israeli government has been stalling on ruling in this matter using many arguments mainly the political situation and the multiple elections when finally was obliged to implement the resolution and amend its regulations.

The amendment will come into effect after 90 days on 20/12/2021.

Israel annexed East Jerusalem after the 1967 war and supposedly granted its Palestinian residents equal civil rights to Israeli citizens.
