Discuss interventions of Islamic Relief Organization in Dhamar

The Governor of Dhamar, Muhammad Al-Bukhaiti, discussed today, Sunday, with the Acting Country Director of the Islamic Relief Organization, Ibrahim Hammadi, ways to expand the organization’s interventions in the implementation of humanitarian and relief projects, and the level of ongoing interventions in a number of directorates.

He touched on the efforts of the local authority in providing services and the difficulties in light of the current circumstances, and the importance of expanding the implementation of humanitarian projects and other vital sectors.

Al-Bukhaiti stressed the keenness of the local authority to provide the necessary facilities for the success of the organizations’ projects in the province, praising the interventions of the Islamic Relief Organization in various sectors.

For their part, Hammadi, and the Program Officer in the Middle East, Amna Arab, praised the cooperation of the leadership of the local authority in the province with the organization and the facilitation of its humanitarian work.

They explained that the visit aims to assess and identify the needs of the humanitarian projects that the organization will intervene with in support during the coming period, and to see the level of implementation of the cash-for-work project in the districts of Otmah and Jabal al-Sharq.

PM meets Sana’a University President

The Prime Minister, Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh Bin Habtoor, affirmed that the University of Sana’a was and will remain the leading academic and enlightening institution that plays a pivotal role in serving human development, community service, supplying the local, regional market with qualified and efficient cadres.

Bin Habtoor, in his meeting today with the President of Sana’a University, Dr. Al-Qasim Abbas, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the leadership of the university, deans of faculties, heads of departments and faculty members.

For their great academic, educational and research effort and activity, especially during the years of aggression and siege, which sought to disrupt the educational process in all Yemeni universities in general and Sana’a University in particular.

The meeting discussed the progress of development projects and programs at the university in the academic and educational aspects, infrastructure projects and equipment related to new majors in the scientific and applied fields.

Dr. Abbas was briefed Bin Habtoor on the university’s preparations for the academic year 1445 AH corresponding to 2023-2024 AD, and its preparations to receive new students.

He pointed out that the university is continuing on the path of development, strengthening its scientific, academic status regionally and internationally.

Governor of Abyan: All aggression’s conspiracies against unity will fail, just like the previous ones

The governor of Abyan, Saleh Al-Junaidi, denounced the aggression’s miserable attempts to target Yemeni unity, which he confirmed would end and fail like its predecessors.

Al-Junaidi affirmed to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the Yemeni unity belongs to all Yemenis, and by achieving it, the repercussions of the foreign occupation ended, and Yemen regained its political status in the world.

He expressed the rejection of the local authority in Abyan province of all opportunistic moves by the foreign occupier in the southern provinces, stressing that unity is a sacred national achievement and defending it is a defense of the Republic of Yemen and all national gains.

Al-Junaidi also affirmed that the blessed unity is a red line, and the Yemeni people will not allow any party to prejudice it.

He expressed his sincere congratulations and blessings to the revolutionary leadership, the Supreme Political Council and the Yemeni people on this precious national occasion.

Lahj Governor: Unity is the most important achievement of Yemeni people in modern history

The governor of Lahj, Ahmed Hammoud Juraib, affirmed that Yemeni unity is the most important achievement of the Yemeni people in modern political history.

In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), Juraib indicated that this historic achievement is a fruit of independence from all forms of domination and occupation.

Yemeni people cannot neglect this achievement, which is the main pillar for building the modern Yemeni state, a state of order, law and equal citizenship.

Juraib expresses his congratulations and blessings to the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council on this occasion.

He explained that the solution to the just southern issue comes to strengthen national unity, within its framework, and not the other way around, as some aspirants to return to the past imagine. He called on the people of the southern provinces to reject the fragmentation projects that the occupying countries are trying to pass through their local tools in Aden.

He pointed out that the movements led by the so-called Southern Transitional Council of the Emirates, which coincided with the 33rd anniversary of the blessed unity, have nothing to do with the southern issue, and are taking place with a green light by the aggression that is trying to push Yemen towards a bloody civil war after it suffered a historic military setback during years of aggression.
