Clashes break out near Jerusalem, no injuries reported

Clashes broke out today evening between Palestinians and Israeli forces in the village of Beit Iksa to the northwest of occupied Jerusalem, according to local sources.

The clashes broke out following an Israeli army raid of the village, during which forces fired stun grenades, and tear gas canisters towards residents and their homes, however, no injuries were reported.

Forces further closed the permanent military checkpoint at the sole entrance of the village, preventing residents from entering or leaving.
