IOF kidnaps 15 Palestinians in overnight raids

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Tuesday abducted 15 Palestinians during raids targeting Palestinian homes in the West Bank.

The Israeli occupation army said in a press statement that its forces are still searching for the Palestinian who carried out a stabbing and shooting attack killing three Israelis near Ariel settlement in Salfit on Sunday.

A spokesman for the army said that 15 Palestinians were arrested in the latest West Bank campaign for allegedly being involved in resistance activities.

The IOF claimed that Palestinian weapons were found during a raid on Nablus province.

Local sources said that four Palestinians were arrested in Ramallah, two in Nablus, three in Bethlehem, one in al-Khalil, and another in Jerusalem.

The IOF further broke into the home of the Palestinian detainees Khader and Ahmad Shuqeir, who were arrested late on Monday at the entrance to al-Zawiya town in Salfit, and wreaked havoc on it.

Meanwhile, two Palestinians were injured in a settler attack near Homesh settlement in Jenin.

Eyewitnesses said that hordes of Israeli settlers ambushed Palestinian cars passing on Jenin-Nablus road and hurled rocks at them, injuring at least two Palestinians.
