RAMALLAH, Monday, Israeli forces Monday conducted multiple overnight raids in various parts of the West Bank and detained at least 22 Palestinians, said Palestine Prisoner’s Society (PPS).
Israeli forces detained 11 Palestinians after storming and ransacking their homes in the Ramallah-district villages of al-Mughayyir, Deir Abu Mashaal and Kobar.
In Hebron district, Israeli military vehicles invaded Beit Awwa town, southwest of the city, where soldiers detained a Palestinian.
Another Palestinian was detained during a similar military raid in Sair town, northeast of Hebron.
Soldiers also raided Arroub refugee camp and Halhoul town, north of Hebron, detaining three others.
Several military vehicles raided Beit Fajjar town, south of Bethlehem, where soldiers detained raided three Palestinians, including a former prisoner.
In Jericho district, soldiers conducted a raid into Fasayel village, searching two houses and seizing the sum of 0,000 Israeli shekels ($2,700) before detaining two brothers.
Israeli forces also detained one person from Nablus in north of West Bank and a lawyer identified as Aman Mansour, wife of a prisoner, but was later released. Her car was seized.
