Israeli occupation forces target agricultural lands and fishermen’s boats in the Gaza Strip

The Israeli occupation forces today targeted agricultural lands and fishermen’s boats in different areas of the besieged Gaza Strip.

WAFA correspondent reported that the Israeli military stationed along the border fence with Gaza opened fire and shot smoke bombs at lands east of the town of al-Qarara, northeast of Khan Younis, in the south of the Gaza Strip, east of the city of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip, and east of the town of Jabalia in the north, forcing farmers to leave their lands in fear for their lives.

The Israeli navy also opened fire toward fishermen’s boats sailing off the seashore of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza Strip, without any injuries reported.

The occupation forces regularly target agricultural lands near the border fence in the eastern Gaza Strip and fishing boats along the Gaza Strip coast to prevent hard-hit Gaza farmers and fishermen from making a living.
