Israel is “dictating who can be Palestinian”, according to human rights activists who have criticised the new Israeli “rules of movement%20(%D7%A1%D7%95%D7%A4%D7%99).pdf)” imposed on foreigners and on Palestinians who do not have a residency permit in the occupied West Bank and the besieged Gaza Strip.
