According to a reported by Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS), the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for residential buildings reached 113.03 with an increase of 1.70% in the West Bank during June 2021 compared with May 2021 (base year 2013=100).

At the level of major groups, the prices of raw materials increased by 2.30%, labour costs and wages increased by 0.85%, and rental of equipment increased by 0.15% during June 2021 compared with the previous month.

The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for non-residential buildings reached 112.57 with an increase of 1.69% in the West Bank during June 2021 compared with May 2021 (Base year 2013=100).

At the level of major groups, the prices of raw materials increased by 2.23%, labour costs and wages increased by 0.85%, and rental of equipment increased by 0.17% during June 2021 compared with the previous month.

The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for skeleton buildings reached 114.33 with an increase of 2.13% in the West Bank during June 2021 compared with May 2021 (Base year 2013=100).

At the level of major groups, the prices of raw materials increased by 2.66%, the prices of labour costs and wages increased by 1.26%, and the prices of rental of equipment increased by 0.15% during June 2021 compared with the previous month.

The overall Road Cost Index (RCI) reached 109.09 with an increase of 0.83% in the West Bank during June 2021 compared with May 2021 (Base month December 2008=100).

At the level of major groups, the price of operating costs of equipment and maintenance group increased by 2.20%, raw materials increased by 1.42%, and rental of equipment increased by 0.10%, while labour costs and wages group decreased by 0.63% during June 2021 compared with May 2021 (Base year 2013=100).

The overall Water Networks Cost Index (WNCI) reached 122.84 with an increase of 2.00% in the West Bank during June 2021 compared with May 2021 (Base month January 2010=100).

Water Reservoirs Cost Index reached 118.37 with an increase of 2.58%, and Water Networks Cost Index reached 124.86 with an increase of 1.75% during June 2021 compared with the previous month.

The overall Sewage Networks Cost Index (SNCI) reached 110.11 with an increase of 0.55% in the West Bank during June 2021 compared with May 2021 (Base month January 2010=100).
