Premier to begin official visit to Kuwait

RAMALLAH, Sunday, May 30, 2021 (WAFA) – Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh and Minister of Foreign Affairs Riyad al-Maliki are scheduled to start an official visit tomorrow to the State of Kuwait, today said Palestine’s ambassador to Kuwait Rami Tahboub.
Shtayyeh and al-Maliki are expected hold meetings with the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Speaker of the National Assembly Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim.
Tahboub said the visit aims at boosting mutual coordination between the two countries as well as to thank the State of Kuwait for its longstanding support of the Palestinian cause.
