Presidency of Parliament renews its support for leadership’s efforts for honourable peace of Yemeni people

The Presidium of the House of Representatives held a meeting on Monday under the chairmanship of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Brother Yahya al-Ra’i.

The Authority blessed the leader of the revolution, Abdulmalik Badruddin al-Houthi, and the President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat and the prisoners and their families, with the success of the prisoner swap, which culminated in the steadfastness, patience and fortitude of the army heroes stationed on the fronts and the sacrifices of the prisoners.

The Commission expressed its thanks and appreciation to the members of the Council who visited the fronts and inspected their conditions. Urged the other members of the Council to visit those stationed on the fronts in recognition of their sacrifices in defending the homeland.

The Commission reiterated its support for the efforts of the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council for the supervised peace of the Yemeni people. The leadership is committed to prioritizing the humanitarian file, including completing the liberation of the rest of the prisoners, ending the blockade and opening Yemen’s airports and ports and ports to passengers, patients and students abroad.

The meeting addressed the need to expedite the issue of the disbursement of State employees’ salaries from the proceeds of Yemen’s petroleum and gas wealth and to stop their looting and tampering by the aggression coalition States and the exile Government.

The Authority condemned the actions of the Government of exile, which is flawed in the face of the suffering of the people of the Yemeni community in the Sudan and the trade in the human conditions of the people of the community, as confirmed by the appeals of the people of the community, and the widespread condemnation of those actions, which are devoid of the conscience of humanity.

The Commission held the coalition of Aggression and its instruments, the Secretary-General of the United Nations and the United Nations representative responsible for that and its consequences.

At its meeting, the Commission reviewed a number of important issues and developments at the national, Arab, regional and international levels and their repercussions and repercussions, notably the consequences of the aggression, the blockade and the worsening of the living situation of the Yemeni people.

The Committee also reviewed the draft agenda for the coming period. In their remarks, the Vice-Presidents of the Council, Abdussalam Hashwal and Abdul Rahman al-Jumaie, addressed the importance of prioritizing the agenda’s topics for the coming period.

At its meeting, the Commission also discussed a number of topics and issues relating to the Council’s legislative and oversight functions and took appropriate decisions.

It addressed a number of issues relating to the functions of the Secretariat and its efforts to follow up on the development and modernization of work in the services and offices of the organ of the Council’s Secretariat. Stresses the importance of achieving functional discipline and completing the Board’s administrative and substantive work, strengthening oversight in order to achieve discipline and improve performance.

The Commission invited the members of the House of Representatives to attend the resumption of the Assembly’s sessions next Saturday, to meet current developments, discuss the issues and topics on the agenda for the next period as well as the new work.
