Saudi Arabia condemns Israel’s decision to allow re-settlement in northern West Bank

Saudi Arabia strongly condemned today a decision taken by the Israeli occupation authorities to allow Israeli re-settlement in the northern West Bank.

On Tuesday, the Israeli Knesset voted to repeal legislation that ordered the evacuation of four northern West Bank settlements concurrent with Israel’s pullout from the Gaza Strip in 2005.

The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom’s strong condemnation of this decision, describing it as a flagrant violation of all international laws which undermines regional and international peace efforts and obstructs political solutions based on the Arab Peace Initiative.
