Seven Palestinians rounded up by Israeli forces in West Bank raids

RAMALLAH, Israeli forces detained at least seven Palestinians in multiple overnight raids across the West Bank, said the Palestine Prisoner’s Society (PPS).

Israeli forces detained two Palestinians after storming their families’ homes in Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron in the south of the occupied West Bank.

They also detained another during a similar overnight raid into Yatta town, south of Hebron.

In Bethlehem district, also in the south of the West Bank, an Israeli military raid was conducted in al-Doha town, west of Bethlehem city, resulting in the detention of a Palestinian.

PPS confirmed in a statement that a Palestinian was also detained from the central West Bank district of Ramallah.

In Jenin district in the north of the West Bank, Israeli military vehicles raided Arraba town, west of Jenin, where soldiers detained Hamas-affiliated lawmaker Ibrahim Dahbour, 53.

Elsewhere in the northern West Bank, a Palestinian was detained from Nablus district, specifically from Balata refugee camp.
