NABLUS, Thursday, The Al-Quds Index of the Palestine stock market, the Palestine Exchange (PEX), closed trading on Thursday, the last day of the first week of the new year 2019, at 530.56 points, a 0.75 points (0.14%) increase compared to the last trading session, according the daily PEX report.
A total of 262,771 shares were traded for a value of $277,841.332 executed during 137 transactions.
Shares of 19 companies were traded. Share price increased in six companies and decreased in five others.
Top five gainers: AIG by 4.88%, GMC by 3.17%, PIBC by 2.31%, APIC by 1.70%, and OOREDOO by 1.22%.
The five decliners: PIIC by -4.86%, AIB by -2.47%, UCI by -1.61%, QUDS by -1.06%, and BOP by -0.43%.
