RAFAH, Three young Palestinians shot dead by Israeli soldiers on Friday during the Gaza border protests were laid to rest on Saturday in their hometowns across Gaza, reported WAFA correspondent.
Thousands of people took part in the funeral procession of Hani Ramzi Afaneh, 21, which started at Gaza European Hospital and ended at his hometown in Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip, where he was buried.
Thousands also took part in the funeral processions of slain Shadi Abdel-Al, 12, in his hometown of Beit Lahiya, north of Gaza, and slain Mohammad Khalil Shaqoura, 21, in al-Maghazi refugee camp.
Over 248 participants in the protests on Friday suffered various kinds of injuries from bullets and tear gas fired by soldiers stationed on the Israel side of the fence.
