RAMALLAH, Friday, April 2, 2021 (WAFA) – Weather today in Palestine is partly cloudy to cloudy and relatively cold with another drop in temperature, to become lower than its seasonal average by 8-10°C, and with a chance of rain in some areas, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Winds are southwesterly to northwesterly and moderate to active. Sea waves are medium to high.
Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 11°C and a low of 7°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 10°C and a low of 6°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 22°C and a low of 15°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 16°C and a low of 11°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
A rise in temperature is expected on Saturday, which remains below the seasonal average, with a chance of sporadic rain showers in most areas.
Temperature rises on Sunday and continues to rise on Monday, approaching 4°C above the seasonal average. Abundantly sunny conditions are expected to prevail during the two days.
People are warned today against low horizontal visibility.
