RAMALLAH, Weather on Tuesday is mainly clear, slightly cold and dusty in most districts in daytime and relatively cold in nighttime, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Temperature is set to remain 6C higher than the seasonal average. Wind is easterly to southeasterly, moderate to active, with strong gust at times. Sea waves are low.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 18C and a low of 14C and in Ramallah, a high of 17C and a low of 13C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 26C and a low of 13C, while it is expected to reach a high of 24C and a low of 16C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Mostly cloudy, relatively cold and dusty conditions are expected for Wednesday in daytime and cold conditions for nighttime with a slight drop of temperature. Sporadic rain showers are set to fall on various districts, becoming more torrential during the night with occasional thunderstorms.
Thursday’s temperature is set to significantly drop with considerably cloudy and relatively cold conditions in daytime and cold conditions in nighttime. Sporadic rain showers, which could be torrential, are expected to drop on most districts along with thunderstorm.
Friday’s temperature is set to slightly rise with partially cloudy to clear and relatively cold conditions in daytime and cold conditions in nighttime.
PMD warns people against floods in valleys and low areas, low visibility and slippery roads.
