Weather today is partially cloudy and relatively cold in mountainous districts, and mild to relatively warm in other districts in daytime, according to Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Cloudy and relatively cold conditions are expected in nighttime with a drop in temperature which becomes unseasonably low.
Light to moderate northwesterly to northeasterly wind blows in daytime, and becomes southwesterly to northeasterly in nighttime. Sea waves are low.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 19°C and a low of 10°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 18°C and a low of 9°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 16°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 22°C and a low of 14°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Wednesday’s temperature is set to significantly rise and approach 7°C above the seasonal average, paving the way to mainly clear and pleasant to relatively warm conditions.
A slight rise in temperature is expected on Thursday, becoming 8°C above the seasonal average as weather continues unseasonably warm in most districts. A low pressure is set to affect the region in nighttime, paving the way to scattered rainfall and occasional thunderstorms and hail.
Friday’s temperature is expected to plummet, paving the way to partially cloudy to cloudy and relatively cold conditions in daytime and cold conditions in nighttime.
Scattered rain showers are expected in most districts in daytime, while torrential rain, along with hail and thunderstorm, is expected at nighttime.
