RAMALLAH, Weather on Monday is mainly clear and mild in daytime, and partially cloudy and relatively cold in nighttime, with a rise of temperature which approaches 5C higher than the seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Wind is easterly to southerly, moderate to active, with strong gust at times. Sea waves are low.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 17C and a low of 10C and in Ramallah, a high of 16C and a low of 9C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 25C and a low of 12C, while it is expected to reach a high of 22C and a low of 14C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
PMD also predicts Tuesday’s weather to be partially cloudy to clear, slightly cold and dusty in most districts in daytime and relatively cold in nighttime. No change in temperature is expected.
Mostly cloudy, relatively cold and dusty conditions are expected for Wednesday in daytime with a chance of sporadic rain showers on various districts, especially during the night. No change in temperature is expected.
Thursday’s temperature is set to significantly drop with mostly cloudy and relatively cold conditions in daytime and cold conditions in nighttime. Sporadic rain showers, which could be torrential, along with thunderstorm are expected to drop on most districts.
