Weather: Warm to hot conditions

Weather today in Palestine is mostly clear and warm to hot in daytime with no change in temperature, which remains 3°C above the annual average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Weather tonight is relatively cold, particularly in the mountains, and moderate in the rest of the country.

Winds are northwesterly, light to moderate, and sea waves are low.

Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 18°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 27°C and a low of 17°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 36°C and a low of 24°C while it is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 21°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

No change in weather conditions or temperature is expected on Monday, but a rise in temperature is expected on Tuesday, which remains above the annual average by 4°C.

Temperature is expected to drop on Wednesday but generally remain above the annual average by a slight margin.
