Babylon Police: The Shomali accident occurred between two buses, one of which was carrying Iranian visitors

The Babylon Police Command announced that the traffic accident in Shomali, south of Hilla, occurred between a bus carrying Iranian visitors and another carrying Iraqis, and resulted in the deaths of five, two of them Iranians, and injury of twenty persons.

Media Director of Babylon Police, Brigadier General Adel Al-Husseini, said, “The accident was caused by the driver of the bus carrying Iraqis, as he was traveling in the opposite direction of the vehicles.”

The communication sites circulated a video clip of a traffic accident on the Shomali-Numaniya road, which it stated caused the death and injury of up to 60 people.

A military helicopter of the Royal Jordanian Air Force crashes and the fate of its crew is revealed

The Jordanian army announced today, Monday, that two pilots were injured as a result of the crash of a military helicopter belonging to the Royal Air Force in Al-Baqaa area.

An official military source at the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces said that a Cobra military helicopter belonging to the Royal Air Force crashed during a training flight and made an emergency landing in the Baqaa area without causing any civilian casualties.

The source indicated that “as a result of the plane crash, its two pilots were injured, who were evacuated to Al-Hussein Medical City, and their general condition is medium.”
