The Ministry of Interior announced, today, Monday, the arrest of (25) foreign infiltrators who attempted to cross the border illegally.
The Ministry said in a statement that, as part of the tasks of the Border Forces Command in confronting cases of infiltration and smuggling, the Third Regiment in the Third Border Brigade within the First Region Border Command was able to arrest (14) foreign infiltrators who attempted to cross the border illegally.
The statement added, “the Second Regiment of the 21st Border Brigade within the command was able to arrest (11) foreign infiltrators who attempted to cross the border illegally, and a proper arrest report was organized and the necessary legal measures were taken against them.”
