The Military Intelligence arrested two terrorists and (18) accused of various cases in five provinces.
The directorate’s statement stated, “Based on accurate intelligence information for the departments and divisions of the Basra and Maysan Operations Command, and the 7th, 8th, and 16th 20th divisions, and in cooperation with the security forces holding the land, tight ambushes were set up in the provinces (Kirkuk, Anbar, Basra, Maysan, and Nineveh) resulting in the arrest of two wanted terrorists in the checkpoints of Eski and Alton Kubri in Mosul and Kirkuk, and (18) accused of various legal cases in the districts of Daquq, Al-Qurna, Al-Qaim, Al-Madinah, Al-Kahla, and Al-Nashwa.
