In full view of the world, and in conjunction with the continuation of the Zionist-American aggression against the Gaza Strip, which has entered its 94th consecutive day, the Palestinians in the West Bank, Jerusalem, and all the occupied territories bid farewell to a year burdened with blood, destruction, arrests, and Zionist violations.

It bid farewell to wounded Gaza in the same year, with a heavy list of tens of thousands of martyrs, wounded, missing, prisoners, and forcibly displaced people.

While the bleeding of the occupied West Bank continues, the Zionist enemy continues its killing, arrests, displacement, settlement, and plundering of lands and wealth, the same enemy continues its aggression against the Gaza Strip, for the 94th day in a row, launching hysterical raids on various regions, in brutal massacres, most of whose victims are women and children.

According to what the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced yesterday, Monday, the death toll from the barbaric aggression on the Strip
has risen to 23,084, and the wounded to 58,926, since the seventh of last October.

Since the outbreak of the devastating American-backed Zionist war on the Gaza Strip, the Zionist enemy army has intensified its military operations in the occupied West Bank, and increased the pace of its incursions, raids, and arrests.

In this context, the head of the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, Moayed Shaaban, confirmed in a press conference held yesterday, Monday, reviewing the annual report on Zionist violations, that 12,161 attacks carried out by the Zionist enemy authorities and their herds of settlers against the Palestinians in the West Bank, including Jerusalem, during the past year 2023.

Shaaban said: ‘The Zionist violations in the year 2023 constituted, at all levels, a dangerous turning point at the legislative and executive operational levels on the ground, flouting the most basic ethics of dealing in wars, crises and conflicts.’

He stated that during the past year, the Zionist enemy authorities
and their herds of settlers carried out 12,161 attacks, including 5,308 after the seventh of last October, including 2,410 attacks carried out by herds of settlers.

He pointed out that 22 Palestinians were killed by settlers’ bullets during the past year, including ten after October 7…Pointing out that 25 Bedouin communities were displaced in the West Bank and the occupied Jerusalem desert during the same year, including 22 communities after October 7th… knowing that these communities include 266 families, including a total of 1,517 individuals, according to Palestinian official.

Shaaban continued: ‘This indicates the form that the settlers’ terrorism took as a dirty mission that was entrusted to them from the official level in the occupation entity.’ He pointed out that the occupation authorities cut down and destroyed during the past year, 21,731 trees in the Palestinian territories, including 18,964 olive trees.

He explained that during the past year, the Zionist enemy authorities issued 1,330 notic
es to demolish Palestinian facilities under the pretext of not having a license, while 514 demolition operations were carried out, including 659 facilities in the West Bank, including Jerusalem.

He also pointed out that the number of settlers in the West Bank, including Jerusalem, reached 730,330 settlers, distributed among 180 settlements and 194 outposts, including 93 pastoral outposts.

The head of the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission reported that the enemy authorities confiscated more than 50,524 dunams during 2023.

Yesterday, Monday, enemy forces arrested 40 Palestinians in various areas of the West Bank, bringing the number of detainees in the West Bank since the beginning of last year to more than ten thousand and 500 Palestinian men and women, according to the Palestinian Prisoners Club, while the number of those currently inside prisons is estimated at 7,800.

The Prisoners’ Club says: The arrest operations were concentrated in the Bethlehem governorate, while the rest of the arrests were
distributed in the governorates of Ramallah, Qalqilya, Nablus, Hebron, Jenin, and Jerusalem, accompanied by widespread raids.

He added: ‘The arrest campaign was accompanied by widespread harassment, severe beatings, and threats against detainees and their families, in addition to widespread sabotage and destruction of citizens’ homes.’

The Palestinian Prisoners’ Club reported in a statement on Saturday that the number of administrative detainees during the year 2023 is the highest since the years of the first Palestinian Intifada in 1987.

Palestinian experts confirm that the situation in the occupied West Bank is ‘going to explode,’ as a result of the Zionist enemy’s continued violations there.

Palestinian expert Jihad Harb told the Turkish Anadolu Agency: ‘The West Bank is rapidly heading toward a major explosion.

Harb adds: ‘The explosion in the West Bank could take several forms, including popular confrontation, or armed confrontation,’ stressing that ‘armed confrontation is the predominant feature of
any explosion.’

The Palestinian expert points out that the explosion means a major involvement of the Palestinian public in the confrontation, including members of the Fatah movement, which is the most widely organized in the West Bank.

In turn, Amjad Abu Al-Ezz, professor of political science at the Arab American University in Jenin Governorate, said: ‘The West Bank is experiencing a state of turmoil, and things are tense even before the seventh of October… adding: ‘The explosion is only a matter of time, and it may be a short time.’

He pointed out that there are “several factors driving the explosion, most notably the settlers’ practices, their orgy, and their carrying of weapons.”

It is worth noting that just as the past year 2023 was difficult for the Palestinians in terms of massacres committed by the Zionist enemy in Gaza and violations, it was the year of victory for the resistance, which launched the largest attack and inflicted on the enemy the greatest losses and defeats in its history.

Jerusalem: Dozens of Jewish extremist settlers on Tuesday stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque/ al-Haram al-Sharif compound in occupied East Jerusalem.

In a statement, the General Islamic Endowments Department in Jerusalem said that the settlers carried out today’s raids through al-Magharebah Gate under the heavy protection of Israeli police, who restricted Muslim worshippers’ access to the mosque to secure the settlers’ incursions.

“The settlers provocatively toured the Mosque’s yards, and performed Talmudic rituals,” it added.

The Office of Industry and Trade in Manakha District in Sana’a province destroyed today,Tuesday, one and a half tons of various damaged and expired materials that are unfit for human use.

The quantities destroyed included soft drinks, medical , sterilization materials, biscuits, agricultural pesticides, and other expired materials.

Director General of the Directorate, Mounir Al-Kabsi pointed out the importance of strengthening control procedures and not being lax in arresting violators, destroying expired ,damaged materials, calling on citizens , merchants to cooperate ,take the initiative , inform the office of materials and goods that are not fit for consumption in order to destroy them according to the law.

While the Director of the Directorate’s Industry Office, Abdul Jalil Al-Qardi, explained that the materials were withdrawn from groceries and commercial markets as part of field campaigns to monitor prices and weights.

At the University of Ibb was held in support of the decisions of the leader of the revolution and the operations carried out by the Yemeni armed forces and denouncing the crimes committed by the American Zionist aggression against the Palestinian people.

Participants in the vigils, which was attended by the President of the University, Dr. Nasr Al -Hujaili, and his deputy for student affairs, Dr. Ahmed Abu Lahm, the Secretary -General of the University, Abdul -Malik Al -Saqqaf and his assistant, Nabil Al -Rafi, the qualitative operations carried out by the armed forces and the navy.

A statement issued by the stance categorically rejected the American enemy targeting the Yemeni navy boats while carrying out its religious and national duty to secure international navigation, calling for a decisive response to this dangerous escalation.

The statement stressed the need to confront the resolution of the enemy’s ambitions in controlling the sanctities and capabilities of the nation .

ces to move forward in preventing the ships of the Zionist entity and its agents from sailing until the aggression depends on the Palestinians and the dismantling of the siege.

Fisheries Minister in the caretaker government, Muhammad Al-Zubairi, discussed today,Tuesday, with a number of companies operating representatives in the fishery sector aspects related to enhancing investment in the sector and developing fish exports.

The meeting, which included the Undersecretary for the Investment Sector, Mustafa Hatabah, the Assistant Undersecretary for the Sector, Shaif Al-Faqih, and the Investment Director, Nabil Al-Qasimi, touched on the possibility of resuming the work of the United Yemeni Company for the Export of Fish and Marine Life, after its activity stopped as a result of the aggression’s targeting of its facilities in Hodeida.

In the meeting, Minister Al-Zubairi stressed the keenness to strengthen cooperation with the United Fish Export Company, as it is one of the companies investing in the field of exporting fish products.

He renewed the call for businessmen and financiers to invest in the fishery sector because of the investment opportunities and feasibility it provides t
hrough the establishment of strategic projects that contribute to the advancement of the sector and serve the country’s economy.

For his part, the Undersecretary of the Investment Sector touched on the ministry’s directions to attract and encourage national capital and local companies with sufficient experience to invest in establishing fish facilities characterized by a service, production and export nature.

The Governor of Al-Bayda, Abdullah Idris, reviewed the agricultural activity in the central nursery in Al-Bayda city and highlighted its most prominent needs.

The governor heard from the director of the province’s agriculture office, Engineer Abdullah Al-Amiri, an explanation about the components of the central nursery, the expansion and rehabilitation work currently underway at a cost of 56 million riyals, funded by the local authority.

The governor stressed the importance of the rehabilitation project for this central agricultural nursery to preserve seedlings, fruit trees and ornamentals.

He pointed out the need to coordinate with Agriculture and Irrigation Ministry and the Supreme Agricultural Committee to provide tree seedlings , distribute them to farmers, stressing the need to enhance community awareness of paying attention to the agricultural aspect, focusing on hardy areas, and exploiting them for agricultural crops.

Ibb University organized today,Tuesday, a scientific symposium entitled ‘The Geopolitical Importance of Bab al-Mandab Strait.’

The symposium discussed a number of working papers, including the importance of Yemen’s geographical location globally, the similarities between America and Israel in violating international law, and the strategic importance of the Bab al-Mandab Strait and the Yemeni islands in light of regional and international challenges.

In the symposium, the President of the University, Dr. Nasr Al-Hujaili, stressed that the values and ideals of faith identity oblige all members of society to defend their homeland and realize the value of the ruling geographical location that God Almighty has bestowed upon us, and through which international shipping traffic can be controlled by imposing Yemen’s sovereignty on all coasts and Yemeni islands.

He praised the brave, heroic stance embodied by the senior leadership and the men of the armed forces aimed at curbing the Zionist-American enemy seeking
to dominate international shipping.

Dr. Al-Hujaili called on members of society to unify ranks, mobilize energies, and stand firmly in the face of the dangerous escalation carried out by the American enemy against Yemeni naval men while they were carrying out their national duty.

The symposium was attended by the University’s Vice President for Student Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Abu Lahoum, the University’s Secretary General, Abdul-Malik Al-Saqqaf, a large group of academics, administrators, and students.

An expanded meeting held today, Tuesday, headed by Interior Minister in the caretaker government, Major General Abdul Karim Al Houthi, discussed the security situation and measures to raise combat readiness under the slogan ‘The Battle of the Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad.’

In the meeting, which included Deputy Minister of Interior Major General Abdul Majeed Al-Murtada, Inspector General Major General Abdullah Al-Hadi, undersecretaries of the ministry, security leaders, and general directors of province security, Minister Houthi stressed the importance of doubling efforts and raising combat readiness to face the requirements of the battle of the promised conquest and holy jihad.

Al Houthi pointed out the need to remain fully prepared to accompany the armed forces in their military operations in support of Gaza people, stressing the importance of filling all the loopholes through which the enemies are trying to penetrate, confronting all attempts to disturb security and tranquility.

thi pointed out that the direct confrontation with the Zionists and the Americans requires maintaining a high level of vigilance and preparedness in various aspects, working to evaluate performance on an ongoing basis and addressing the shortcomings immediately, directing the available material and financial capabilities towards developing performance in the field, and qualifying workers from the field personnel security in directorates and police stations.

He explained that the position of the revolution leader towards Gaza and Palestine inspired the entire nation with hope for liberation from the hegemony of arrogance and the possibility of victory over its enemies. It is a religious position stemming from the directives of God Almighty, a moral and humanitarian position. The Yemeni people, the sons of the Islamic nation, and the free people of the world supported him, stressing that these are good tidings victory looms on the horizon.

incial security to periodically evaluate and diagnose the security reality, work with other parties to raise the general mobilization of the people, and implement the recommendations presented by the General Administration of Command and Control in aspects of security work.

For his part, Interior Deputy Minister explained that battle transferred the principles and objectives of the Qur’anic March from local to global, pointing out that the direct confrontation with America and Israel requires raising the level of preparedness and carrying the jihadist spirit with which the Qur’anic March was launched.

He noted the interaction of the Yemeni people to join military courses to qualify them to participate in the battle to defend the nation and liberate the Holy Lands from the Zionist occupiers.

While the Director General of Command and Control, Major General Ali Al-Houthi, reviewed the most important proposals that would develop security work and confront potential risks in light of the American and British th
reats due to Yemen’s honorable position and its participation in Al-Aqsa flood.

He stressed that the ministry’s employees will play their full role in protecting the people from any attempts to distance them from their position, especially since the Americans and the British are resorting to these malicious methods to destabilize security and stability as a kind of direct war to weaken the people and preoccupy them with internal security strife and battles, which is what all security and military leaders are aware of.

In its meeting today, headed by Acting Governor Abdul Latif Al-Shaghdari, the Executive Office of Al-Dhale’ province discussed the performance plans for the executive offices and the mid-term reports for the year 1445 AH.

The office reviewed the steps and stages of the timetable for the priorities of the plan for the year 1446 AH, linking them to the directives of the Revolutionary Leadership and the Supreme Political Council, the strategic objectives, identifying the programs and projects associated with them.

The meeting stressed the importance of supporting community initiative projects and activating them because of their importance in implementing service projects, especially ways to alleviate the citizens’ suffering.

At the meeting, Al-Shaghdari stressed the need to improve the performance of executive offices, work in a team spirit, work according to a timetable for performance plans, and submit reports according to the plans and regulations governing that.

He stressed the need for everyone to sen
se the requirements of this stage and redouble efforts to achieve positive indicators in the level of development performance, revenue collection, and activating institutional performance.

Al-Shaghdari noted the importance of enhancing the performance levels of executive offices, improving services, and overcoming the difficulties imposed by the repercussions of the aggression and siege.

Nihm Customs Center in Sana’a province destroyed today,Tuesday, a quantity of prohibited, expired and unauthorized goods.

The center’s director, Youssef Ali Al-Amari, explained that the amount of goods destroyed amounted to five tons of prohibited and expired goods, as well as immoral goods that contradict Islamic values.

He pointed out that the destroyed goods included many items, including electronic hookahs, clothes, and candy bearing offensive slogans that contradict religion , morals, and containing phrases in Hebrew.

He also, pointed out that the destruction process was carried out by burning in the presence of representatives of the relevant authorities and in accordance with the instructions and laws in force.

Al-Amari stressed that the center will not be lax in seizing various expired, prohibited, and unauthorized goods entering the country in the interests of the nation and the health and safety of citizens.

He also, pointed out that customs is considered the first line of defense and always s
tands against anyone who dares to harm the country by bringing in these goods that are harmful to the national economy and the Yemeni identity.

Al-Ghad International College for Health and Technical Sciences organized today,Tuesday, a symposium on the nature of the conflict with the Israeli and American enemies.

At the symposium, the Deputy Minister of Technical Education and Vocational Training, Dr. Muhammad Al-Saqqaf, pointed to the importance of continuing solidarity activities and support for the Palestinians and the tasks carried out by the Yemeni armed forces to support Al-Aqsa Al-Sharif and the people of Gaza who are subjected to the most heinous crimes of genocide in history.

For his part, Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Ali Sharaf al-Din, pointed out that Yemen has turned today, in its struggle with the tools of the American and Israeli enemy, into a conflict directly with the enemy itself.

He stressed the importance of continuing activities in support of the Palestinians and supporting the operations of the armed forces to support Al-Aqsa Al-Sharif.
