The head of the State of Law Coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, and the Secretary-General of Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, Sheikh Qais al-Khazali, discussed today, Monday, joint action to advance the service and economic reality.
Al-Maliki’s media office said in a statement, “The head of the State of Law Coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, received in his office today, the Secretary-General of Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, Sheikh Qais Khazali, and discussed with him developments in the current political situation and local and regional security developments.”
The statement indicated that the necessity of cooperation and coordination of efforts, and joint action was emphasized in order to advance the service and economic reality in a way that meets the aspirations of the Iraqi people.
