President of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council, Charles Arbid, wrote today on Twitter: ‘I call on the former presidents of the republic, based on their experience in governance and their knowledge of the Lebanese reality, to meet continuously and work together to elicit ideas and propose a solution that will lead the country out of the crisis…In many countries, former presidents meet when the homeland is in danger.”
