The American University of Madaba (AUM) on Sunday hosted the Japanese Ambassador to Jordan, Okuyama Jiro, in a seminar aimed at highlighting the bilateral relations and reviewing opportunities to the university’s faculty members and students, especially in Japan. According to an AUM statement, the university’s president, Mamoun Akroush, stressed keenness to enhance cultural and academic exchange with Japan’s educational and academic institutions, as part of efforts to provide education aimed to raise students’ academic level and enhance their basic skills.
