Blood Feast is a collection of 14 posthumously published short stories by Malika Moustadraf. This collection is the first time Moustadraf’s work has appeared in any language asides from Arabic. The stories in Blood Feast have that ‘leaving a lot unsaid’ theme that I have found in many Arab short stories collections, but Moustadraf’s sarcastic and critical humour gives this collection a unique writing style.
