Eleven people have died of coronavirus in Palestine in the last 24 hours as 2483 new cases were recorded and 1820 patients have recovered, today said Minister of Health Mai Alkaila in her daily report on the pandemic in Palestine.
She said five people died of the disease in the West Bank as 971 new cases were confirmed and 942 patients have recovered, while the Gaza Strip had six fatalities, 1512 new cases and 878 recoveries.
Alkaila said 170 corona patients are in hospitals and 70 are in intensive care while eight patients are on ventilators.
A total of 840,339 people (48.1%) have been vaccinated against the disease in the West Bank and 344,818 (27.3%) in the Gaza Strip.
