Injuries in an Israeli attack on nonviolent protest in Beit Dajan

NABLUS- Several Palestinians were bodily hurt today as Israeli occupation forces attacked a nonviolent anti-occupation protest in the village of Beit Dajan, to the east of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, according to local sources.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said at least one protester was treated for an injury from a rubber-coated round, while others were treated for suffocation from teargas inhalation.

Palestinians have been holding weekly protests in the village on Fridays demanding an end to the Israeli apartheid and regime in Palestine as well as to illegal Israeli settlement activities.
