Israeli occupation forces today prevented the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, in the occupied West Bank province of Salfit, from cleaning the drains in preparation for the winter season, according to local sources.
They told WAFA that the Israeli army seized a bulldozer belonging to the town’s municipality while it was cleaning the drainage system at the entrance to the town in preparation for the rainfall.
West Bank municipalities regularly clean the drains before the winter season to prevent flooding.
