Israeli occupation forces raid homes, detain Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip

The Israeli occupation forces raided early this morning several Palestinian homes in the West Bank and detained members of the household, according to various sources. They also detained a number of Gaza Strip residents near the border fence.

Soldiers raided this morning Arroub refugee camp in the south of the West Bank and detained a resident after breaking into and searching his home, according to Palestinian security sources.

Similarly, soldiers raided Wad Shaheen in the southern West Bank city of Bethlehem, broke into the home of a 40-year-old local resident and detained him, said the security sources.

In the north of the West Bank, local sources said soldiers detained a 37-year-old man after raiding and ransacking his family home in the town of Jaba, south of the city of Jenin.

Soldiers last night detained two residents of Jenin when they arrived at a military checkpoint south of the city of Nablus, according to local sources.

Meanwhile, WAFA correspondent said Israeli occupation forces detained this morning two residents of the Gaza Strip near the border fence east of the central governorate.

The forces yesterday morning also detained three Gaza residents east of Khan Yunis, in the south of the Gaza Strip.
