JERUSALEM, An Israeli settler assaulted Palestinian activist Muna al-Kurd, who has become the face of a campaign against the forced expulsion of Palestinians from their homes in Jerusalem’s Sheik Jarrah neighborhood for the benefit of settlers.
Local sources said an Israeli settler dumped paint on Muna’s face before she was detained and interrogated by Israeli police.
