Israeli settlers break into Jerusalem’s al-Aqsa mosque compound

Dozens of fanatic Israeli settlers today morning stormed al-Aqsa Mosque compound in Jerusalem under the heavy protection of Israeli police, the Islamic Waqf confirmed.

It said that around 119 settlers, divided into groups, raided the holy Islamic Mosque from al-Maghariba gate, also known as the Dung Gate, and took provocative tours of its yards and near its gates.

Settlers further performed Talmudic rituals there.

Al-Aqsa Mosque is subjected to almost daily incursions by Israeli settlers, except on Saturday and Sunday, which are done under the heavy guard of the Israeli police and are carried out twice a day; morning and evening, in an attempt to divide the mosque spatially and temporally between Muslims and Jews.
