His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Sunday a cable of condolences to the family of the deceased Abdulkarim Abdulqader Al-Mzain, recalling his role in enriching arts in the country.
