PM briefs progress of Local Administration Ministry’s activities and localities

The Prime Minister, Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, was briefed, during his meeting today, Sunday, with the Minister of Local Administration, Ali Al-Qaisi, on the progress of the Ministry’s activities and localities in the capital and the provinces, especially with regard to Ramadan program and preparation for summer schools.

Al-Qaisi explained that the ministry is continuing to implement its annual plan in accordance with the monthly and quarterly executive program, indicating that the ministry is constantly following up the level of implementation of the Ramadan program approved by the Supreme Committee for Celebrations and Religious Events.

At the level of all localities and work to achieve their spiritual goals, and in the forefront is the consolidation of the concept of faith identity among the community and the consolidation of the spirit of solidarity, righteousness and benevolence among its people.

He drew attention to the ministry’s follow-up to the valuable directives contained in the daily lectures of the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, related to the activity of the local authority, in preparation for converting it into an executive program.

Bin Habtoor praised the level of general performance of the Ministry of Local Administration and the local authority in the capital’s secretariat and the provinces, and everyone’s efforts in translating the directives of the Revolution Leader and His Excellency President Mahdi Muhammad Al-Mashat, related to interaction with citizens, their issues and problems, and working to address them.

He affirmed the cabinet’s support for the ministry’s efforts and the local authority in this aspect and all urgent service and development projects, according to the available capabilities.
