Settlers attack Palestinians’ homes in Burin

A group of Israeli settlers attacked homes of Palestinian citizens this evening in the village of Burin, south of Nablus, according to local sources. No injuries were reported.

Witnesses told WAFA that a group of settlers from the illegal Israeli settlement of Givat Ronin attacked homes of Palestinians in the outskirts of the village, sparking condonations with local residents.

Israeli settler violence against Palestinians and their property is routine in the West Bank and is rarely prosecuted by Israeli occupation authorities.

There are over 600,000 Israeli settlers living in colonial settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem in violation of international law and consensus.
