Seven Palestinians shot, injured during Ramallah-area clashes

At least seven Palestinians were shot and injured today by rubber-coated steel bullets fired by Israeli forces during clashes that broke out in the village of Jifna to the north of Ramallah, according to local sources.

Sources told WAFA clashes broke out following an Israeli military incursion into the village of Jifna, during which Israeli forces fired rubber-coated steel bullets and tear gas canisters at Palestinian youth, shooting and injuring at least seven people.

Many others suffocated due to tear gas inhalations.
