The Ministry Of Interior And The Judiciary Discuss Cooperation In Resolving Cases And Strengthening The Security Situation In Salah Al-Din

The Minister of Interior, Abd al-Amir al-Shammari, discussed with the head of the Salah al-Din Court of Appeal, Judge Abd Meshhan Hamdan, cooperation in resolving cases and strengthening the security situation in the province.

A statement to the media of the Judicial Council stated that the head of the Salah al-Din Court of Appeal, Judge Abd Meshhan Hamdan, received the Minister of Interior in the presence of a number of judges and members of the public prosecution.

It added, “The two parties discussed measures for cooperation between the judiciary and the Ministry of Interior’s agencies with regard to speeding up the settlement of lawsuits and strengthening the security situation throughout the province.”

The statement added that “the meeting also witnessed a discussion of means of cooperation regarding the implementation of arrest warrants, obstacles to the work of investigation offices, and the speed of implementation of the decisions of investigative judges.”/ End
