‫ شركة Anxinsec تقترح حلاً للحماية من التهديدات المتقدمة من أجل الدفاع ضد عمليات الاختراق دون انتظار وضد الهجمات الخالية من الملفات

وقال إنه يجب تشجيع التبادلات والاندماج بين المجموعات العِرقية.  وقال إنه يجب اتخاذ تدابير لخلق بيئة يمكن للناس من مختلف المجموعات العِرقية دمج أنفسهم مكانيًا واقتصاديًا واجتماعيًا ونفسيًا فيها.

Weather forecast: Unseasonably high temperature expected

Weather today is relatively hot in the mountains and hot in other districts in daytime, with steady temperature which remains 3°C above the seasonal average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Partly cloudy and mild conditions are expected in the morning and night hours, especially in the mountains. Light to moderate westerly wind blows. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 31°C and a low of 20°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 30°C and a low of 19°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 40°C and a low of 26°C while it is expected to reach a high of 31°C and a low of 23°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Partly cloudy to clear and hot conditions are expected in daytime in the mountains and very hot conditions in other districts on Wednesday with a slight rise in temperature, which approaches 5°C above the seasonal average. Moderate conditions are expected in the morning and night hours, particularly in the mountains.

Thursday’s temperature is set to plummet and approach 2°C above the seasonal average on Thursday, paving the way to relatively hot to hot conditions in daytime and moderate conditions in the morning and night hours.

The same weather conditions are expected for Friday.

People are warned against being exposed to the sun for long period, particularly from 11:00 AM to 4:00 pm, and against setting fire to areas with dry grass.

Palestine to “soon” get long-awaited 4G services

Palestine will soon get the long-awaited 4G services, announced a Palestinian official on Tuesday.

Fatah Central Committee member and Head of the General Authority of Civil Affairs, Hussein Al Sheikh, announced that Palestine would soon move beyond the third-generation (3G) to the fourth-generation (4G) mobile capabilities, which he hailed as a “leap in the world of communication.”

“The 4G service will soon be available in Palestine, which is a leap of quality in the world of communication and an upgrade in the level of service,” he tweeted.

Israeli forces demolish livestock barns in northern Jordan Valley

Israeli forces today demolished three livestock barns in Khirbet Ibziq community, northeast of Tubas in the occupied northern Jordan Valley, according to a local official .

Mutaz Bsharat, an official in charge of monitoring Israeli colonial settlement activities in Tubas district, told WAFA that Israeli forces raided the community and tore down two 120-square-meter tents used as livestock barns belonging to Muhammad al-Hroub.

The forces also demolished another 60-square-meter tent used as a livestock barn belonging to Adel al-Hroub.

The tents were torn down purportedly for being built without construction licenses.

The soldiers later declared the community as a closed military zone.

Under international law, driving residents of an occupied territory from their homes is considered forcible transfer of protected persons, which constitutes a war crime. But residents of Palestinian communities in the Jordan Valley are no strangers to such disruptive Israeli policies.

The valley, which is a fertile strip of land running west along the Jordan River, is home to about 65,000 Palestinians and makes up approximately 30% of the West Bank.

Since 1967, when the Israeli army occupied the West Bank, Israel has transferred at least 11,000 of its Jewish citizens to the Jordan Valley. Some of the settlements in which they live were built almost entirely on private Palestinian land.

The Israel military has also designated about 46 percent of the Jordan Valley as a closed military zone since the beginning of the occupation in June 1967, and has been utilizing the pretext of military drills to forcefully displace Palestinian families living there as part of a policy of ethnic cleansing and stifling Palestinian development in the area.

Approximately 6,200 Palestinians live in 38 communities in places earmarked for military use and have had to obtain permission from the Israeli authorities to enter and live in their communities.

In violation of international law, the Israeli military not only temporarily displaces the communities on a regular basis, but also confiscates their farmlands, demolishes their homes and infrastructure from time to time.

Besides undergoing temporary displacement, the Palestinian families living there face a myriad restrictions on access to resources and services. PCBS: Increase in the Producer Price Index /PPI/ during July

According to a report by the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS), the overall Producer Price Index (PPI) for Palestine with its base year (2019 = 100) reached 99.32 in July 2021, as it increased by 0.83% compared to June 2021.

Producer Price Index for local exported products (2019 = 100) reached 104.51 in July 2021, which indicates an increase of 1.01% compared to June 2021.

Producer Price Index for locally consumed products (2019 = 100) reached 98.76 in July 2021, which indicates an increase of 0.81% compared to June 2021.

The changes of PPI for July 2021 were traced back to changes in prices of the following major activities compared to the previous month:

Five people die of COVID-19 in Palestine in the last 24 hours as 2466 new cases recorded

Five people have died of coronavirus in Palestine in the last 24 hours as 2466 new cases were recorded in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, today said Minister of Health Mai Alkaila in her daily report on the pandemic in Palestine.

She said three people died in the Gaza Strip, which recorded 1364 new cases and 321 recoveries, while two people died in the West Bank where 1102 new cases were recorded and 421 patients recovered in the last 24 hours.

Alkaila said 135 people are getting treatment for the disease in hospitals and 50 are in intensive care, while eight patients are on ventilators.

The Health Minister said 688,802 people (40.8 percent) have been vaccinated against COVID-19 in the West Bank and 246,954 (19.5 percent) in the Gaza Strip.

Israelis break into Palestinian-owned land in Jerusalem, demolish retaining wall

Israelis today broke into Palestinian-owned land in Wadi al-Rababa area of Silwan neighborhood in occupied East Jerusalem and demolished a retaining wall, according to one of landowners.

Ahmad Sumrein said Israelis tore down a 10-meter-long retaining wall built many years around a plot of farmland belonging to the Sumrein family in the southern part of Wadi al-Rababa.

He added that the wall was demolished under the flimsy pretext of cleaning up the plot of land while pointing that Israeli settlers intruded upon it a year ago.

The Israel Nature Reserve Authority along with the Israeli municipality of West Jerusalem have been targeting Wadi al-Rababa for many years, seeking to turn it into a park. All the land in the valley is owned by Palestinians who every year cultivate and plow the land, planted mainly with olive trees.

Austria signs agreements for 2m euros to support UNRWA 2021 Syria Regional Crisis Emergency Appeal

The Government of Austria today signed a EUR 2 million agreement towards the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) Syria Regional Crisis Emergency Appeal in 2021, according to a press release.

Through this funding, Austria will contribute to the Agency’s third round of cash assistance to Palestine refugees in Syria, including 8,212 refugees belonging to the most vulnerable categories (such as female-headed households, families headed by a person with disabilities, and families headed by an elderly or unaccompanied minors) and 13,780 belonging to other vulnerable categories.

After 10 years of conflict, Palestine refugees in Syria are confronted with severe humanitarian challenges, compounded by the rapidly deteriorating economy and inflation, as well as by the COVID-19 pandemic. More than 91 percent of Palestine refugees in Syria live below the poverty line, and the loss of purchasing power due to the economic crisis and the increase in market prices has severely impacted the ability to meet basic needs, including food.

“Austria stands close to UNRWA, our longstanding partner, to support the delivery of humanitarian assistance to Palestine refugees in need in Syria. We fully acknowledge UNRWA’s role in providing critical humanitarian services to Palestine refugees in Syria who not only have gone through a decade of conflict, but are also faced with a severe economic crisis and the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. We also reiterate our firm support to the UNRWA Health Program in the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt) which Austria has supported through its first Multi-Year Agreement (MYA) signed in 2020,” said Astrid Wein, the Austrian Representative in Ramallah.

“On behalf of the Agency, I would like to express my gratitude to Austria for its generous contribution to our emergency program in Syria. This is the third consecutive year that Austria acknowledges the increasing needs of Palestine refugees in Syria and supports UNRWA in delivering critical humanitarian services to help them meet their basic needs. UNRWA also appreciates Austria’s commitment to offering regular contributions to UNRWA, including to the Agency’s Program Budget, and through the MYA signed in 2020 in support of UNRWA’s Health Programme in the oPt,” said Karim Amer, UNRWA Director of Partnerships.

In 2020, the Government of Austria signed a three-year MYA amounting to a total of EUR 5.7 million towards the Agency’s Health Program in the oPt with the aim of supporting the protection of Palestine refugees’ health, reduce disease burden, and ensuring availability of medicines and medical supplies. In 2021, Austria contributed EUR 400,000 to the UNRWA Program Budget, EUR 1.9 million to the Health Program in oPt, and EUR 2 million to the Syria Regional Crisis Appeal.
