At least eight Palestinians detained by Israeli occupation forces in West Bank raids

Israeli occupation forces detained early today at least eight Palestinians from various parts of the occupied West Bank, according to Palestinian security sources.

They said Israeli forces re-arrested a former prisoner after breaking into and ransacking his house in Tammun town, south of Tubas city.

The raid triggered violent confrontations, resulting in the army shooting and injuring three youths.

In Nablus district, Israeli military vehicles stormed Qusra town, south of Nablus, where soldiers detained a father along with his son.

This came as undercover Israeli forces sneaked into Kafr Qallil town, south of Nablus city, and detained a Palestinian man.

In the southern West Bank, soldiers raided Abu Nujaym area, east of Bethlehem, resulting in the detention of two people.

They also conducted a raid of Aida refugee camp where they detained one person and searched several houses.

Meanwhile, soldiers detained another person after storming and thoroughly searching his house in the Hebron city neighborhood of Jabal al-Rahma.
