Palestine refers Shireen Abu Akleh’s killing to ICC

The Palestinian foreign ministry has said it has handed over the case of the killing of Palestinian journalist Shireen Abu Akleh to the International Criminal Court. A Palestinian baby was left hospitalised and in serious condition when Israeli settlers attacked her parents’ car and pepper-sprayed them in the occupied West Bank.
