Death toll from Israeli war on Gaza rises to 1,900, including 614 children

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced Friday that the number of victims of the Israeli aggression had risen to 1,900 deaths, including 614 children and 370 women and 7,696 injuries, including 2,000 children and 1,400 women. The Ministry called for “an immediate halt to the crimes of the occupation, which claimed the lives of 1,900 martyrs and injured 7,696 citizens with various injuries.” The Ministry added in its statement: “The Israeli occupation deceived the citizens and forced them to displace, then doubled its crime by targeting them, and claimed the lives of 200 citizens, including martyrs and wounded.” The Ministry sdded, “The crimes of the Israeli occupation against our Palestinian families led to the extermination of 50 families inside their homes and during their forced displacement. These massacres claimed the lives of 500 of its members.” The statement continued: “The Israeli occupation continues to target and kill medical and ambulance personnel during their humanitarian missions to evacuate victims of the aggression, which led to the martyrdom of 15 medical personnel and the injury of 27 others.” The Ministry saud that Al-Durrah Children’s Hospital in eastern Gaza was evacuated, and patients and staff were transferred to Al-Nasr Children’s Hospital after it was targeted by internationally banned white phosphorus bombs. It is the second hospital to be out of service in the Strip.
