Gaza health ministry values King’s directives to maintain Jordanian field hospital

Ministry of Health in Gaza Strip valued His Majesty King Abdullah II’s directives to maintain Jordanian field hospital in the coastal enclave to continue its operations to complete its services and support Gaza’s health system in treating the wounded and sick people despite the difficulties and challenges. In a press statement on Sunday, the ministry said 70% of population of Gaza and northern regions are deprived of health services for refugees after UNRWA evacuated its centers and stopped its services. During 8 days of Israel’s brutal aggression against Gaza Strip, number of Palestinians killed by Israeli occupation forces exceeded the death toll in 51 days during the 2014 war, which affirms that Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people amount to ethnic cleansing, the statement noted. The ministry stated that Israeli targeting of residential neighborhoods killed 300 citizens and injured 800 others, mostly children and women, during the past 24 hours.
