King Abdullah II of Jordan strongly condemned today the heinous massacre committed by Israel against innocent injured and sick civilians who were receiving treatment at the Baptist Hospital in Gaza City. King Abdullah considered this a heinous war crime that cannot be tolerated, stressing that Israel must immediately stop its brutal aggression against Gaza, which is inconsistent with humanitarian and moral values and constitutes a flagrant violation of the rules of international humanitarian law, according to the Jordanian Petra News Agency He warned that this war, which has entered a dangerous phase, will drag the region into a catastrophe with undesirable consequences, urging the international community to put an end to the ongoing bloodshed that constitutes a disgrace to humanity. The King further offered his condolences to the families of the victims. He stressed that Jordan will remain at the forefront of defending the rights of the Palestinian people and their just cause.
