His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah send Saturday a cable to Sheikh Ahmad bin Mohammad bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, congratulating him on being Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai.
