“يديعوت أحرونوت”: ضباط إسرائيليون يدربون أوكرانيين في منشآت سرية

أفادت صحيفة “يديعوت أحرونوت”، اليوم الجمعة، بأن “مقاتلين سابقين في سرية هيئة أركان الجيش الإسرائيلي، التي تعتبر وحدة النخبة، يدربون قوات أوكرانية في منشآت عسكرية سرية، وسط غض قيادات الجيش ووزارة الأمن الإسرائيلية النظر عن هذه التدريبات”.

وتناولت الصحيفة في تقرير نشرته، تحت عنوان “فوضى أوكرانيا”، تصدّر الصفحة الأولى، المشاركة الإسرائيلية السرية في دعم القوات الأوكرانية.

وأوضح التقرير أنّ المدربين هم “ضباط احتياط في الجيش الإسرائيلي، وخريجو وحدة هيئة الأركان العامة سييرت متكال”، والتي تعدُّ إحدى أهم الوحدات العسكرية الخاصة في الجيش.

وأشار إلى أن المدربين الإسرائيليين دربوا مدنيين أوكرانيين على استخدام سلاح “تافور” الإسرائيلي، من أجل المشاركة في معارك ضد جنود الجيش الروسي.

وقالت “يديعوت أحرونوت” إن المكان الذي يجري فيه التدريب “سري للغاية”، مشيرةً إلى أنّه “منشأة ضخمة تضم عدة مبانٍ صناعية في غرب أوكرانيا، ويتم التكتم عليها خوفاً من استهدافها من قبل الروس”.

ولفتت الصحيفة إلى أنّ “الشروط السرية الصارمة التي تم فيها إجراء هذا التقرير والتصوير والنشر جاءت بناءً على طلبات الجانب الأوكراني”، مبينة أن الجنود والضباط الإسرائيليين السابقين يرتدون أقنعة على وجوههم.

مفوضة حقوق الإنسان: استمرار جيش الاحتلال في استخدام القوة المفرطة ضد الفلسطينيين

قدمت مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان، ميشيل باشليه، اليوم الجمعة، تقريرها السنوي حول حالة حقوق الإنسان في فلسطين المحتلة، وكذلك تقريرها حول الاستيطان، إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان في جنيف.

ويغطي التقريران الوضع العام لحقوق الإنسان، والآثار الحقوقية المترتبة على الاستيطان الإسرائيلي.

ولفتت “باشليه” في تقريرها إلى أن قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي تستمر في استخدامها القوة المفرطة ضد المدنيين الفلسطينيين.

وقالت في بيان صحفي صدر عنها، اليوم الجمعة، “مؤخراً كانت هناك زيادة كبيرة في عدد الفلسطينيين الذين قتلوا على أيدي القوات الإسرائيلية بسبب الاستخدام المفرط للقوة، حيث قتلت 74 فلسطينياً، من بينهم 17 طفلاً و54 رجلاً وثلاث نساء”.

وأشارت إلى أنه في الغالبية العظمى من الحالات التي رصدها مكتبها، كان لجوء قوات الاحتلال للقوة المفرطة غير مبرر.

وقالت باشيليت: “يمارس المستوطنون العنف بشكل منهج ومتزايد بموافقة وحماية القوات الإسرائيلية التي تقدّم لهم الدعم، الأمر الذي يساهم في تفاقم حالة الاضطهاد التي يعيشها الفلسطينيون”.

ويسلّط التقرير الضوء على الوضع في قرية حمصة البقيعة بالأغوار، التي تتعرض لحملة قمعية إسرائيلية متواصلة أدّت إلى تشريد 98 شخصاً على الأقل من منازلهم بفعل الإجراءات الإسرائيلية.

سورية تطالب مجلس حقوق الإنسان بمساءلة “إسرائيل” على جرائمها

طالبت سورية مجلس حقوق الإنسان، اليوم الجمعة، بمساءلة “إسرائيل”، على جرائمها وانتهاكاتها الجسيمة والممنهجة لحقوق الإنسان، بحق أهالي الجولان السوري المحتل.

جاء ذلك، خلال بيان لمندوب سورية الدائم لدى الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية في جنيف، السفير حسام الدين آلا، أمام الدورة التاسعة والأربعين لمجلس حقوق الإنسان، بحسب وكالة الأنباء الرسمية “سانا”.

وقال السفير آلا: إن “الانتهاكات الجسيمة والممنهجة لحقوق الإنسان التي ترتكبها سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة والجولان السوري المحتل، لا تزال السمة الأبرز للأوضاع في الأراضي العربية المحتلة”.

وجدد السفير، رفض سورية الإجراءات غير القانونية التي ينفذها الاحتلال لتغيير الطابع القانوني والديمغرافي للجولان السوري المحتل.

وطالب السفير السوري مجلس حقوق الإنسان ومكتب المفوض السامي لحقوق الإنسان برصد وتوثيق هذه الممارسات، وأكد أهمية البند السابع وقراراته كوسيلة لضمان مساءلة القوة القائمة بالاحتلال عن انتهاكاتها.

الاحتلال يعتقل فتاة وشاباً ويبعد آخر عن الأقصى 6 أشهر

اعتقلت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، اليوم الجمعة، فتاة وشاباً من المسجد الأقصى وجبل المكبر بالقدس المحتلة، وأبعدت آخر عن المسجد 6 أشهر.

وذكر شهود عيان، لوكالة “قدس برس”، أن شرطة الاحتلال اعتقلت الفتاة “نجوى عدنان” من مدينة نابلس، أثناء خروجها من باب حطة أحد أبواب المسجد الأقصى، واقتادتها إلى مركز شرطة القشلة.

كما اعتقلت، مساء اليوم، شاباً من بلدة جبل المكبر بالقدس المحتلة، بعد الاعتداء عليه بوحشية.

وأوضح الشهود، أن القوات الإسرائيلية اعتدت بالضرب المبرح على الشاب خلال اعتقاله وطرحته أرضا، قبل اقتياده لمركز شرطة الاحتلال.

وفي السياق، أفرجت شرطة الاحتلال، مساء اليوم، عن الشاب عمر عودة من مدينة قلنسوة بالداخل الفلسطيني المحتل، بشرط الإبعاد عن المسجد الأقصى 6 أشهر.

يشار إلى أن قوات الاحتلال فرضت، اليوم، قيودا وتشديدات على دخول المصلين إلى المسجد الأقصى.

مسؤول أممي: أعداد المستوطنين بالضفة ازدادت بنسبة 23 في المئة

أعلنت الأمم المتحدة، مساء اليوم الجمعة، أن أعداد المستوطنين في الضفة الغربية المحتلة، زادت بنسبة 23 في المئة منذ العام 2014.

وقال المقرر الأممي الخاص المعني بحالة حقوق الإنسان في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، مايكل لينك، إن “أعداد المستوطنين في الضفة الغربية، بلغت نحو 370 ألفًا في العام 2014”.

وأوضح لينك، في جلسة خلال الدورة 49 لمجلس حقوق الإنسان في جنيف، أن أعداد المستوطنين زادت حالياً بنسبة 23 في المئة وبلغ 480 ألفاً.

وبيّن أن إجمالي أعداد المستوطنين في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة بلغت 710 آلاف.

وقال إن: “احتلال إسرائيل لفلسطين يرقى إلى الأبارتايد (نظام الفصل العنصري في جنوب أفريقيا)”.

وأضاف لينك أن “إسرائيل” تواصل أمام المجتمع الدولي فرض سياسة التمييز العنصري ضد فلسطين في عالم انتهى فيه الأبارتايد، وأن قرارات مجلس الأمن الدولي والجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، تؤكد أن المستوطنات الإسرائيلية المقامة على الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة “غير شرعية، وغير قانونية، وجريمة حرب”.
