The Ministry of Human Rights, in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, organized on Tuesday a press conference titled ‘Serious Aggressive Crimes… and Lost International Justice,’ in conjunction with National Resilience Day and the passage of nine years of the American-Saudi-Emirati aggression and blockade on Yemen.
At the conference, Caretaker Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf Abdullah considered the National Steadfastness Day the day of defeat of the US-led coalition of aggression and its tools Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
“Everyone remembers the eve of March 26, 2015, the day the coalition launched the blatant aggression against the Yemeni people, with its planes on Sanaa International Airport and many vital facilities, believing that it will change the reality of the situation that happened in Yemen,” he said.
He referred to the new era of the Yemeni people in the face of an Arab-Western alliance to subjugate Yemen and return it to the time of tutelage, domination and dependence abroad. “After n
ine years of aggression and blockade, Yemen is still strong and the Republic of Yemen will continue to be strong and bring everyone together,” he said.
Minister Sharaf added, “What is added to the day of victory over the forces of aggression is our intervention today in supporting the Palestinian people and their just cause and confronting the Zionist enemy, which has wreaked havoc for decades and did not stand in the face of any Arab and Islamic countries.”
He stressed that the Yemeni people will be credited with their honorable, supportive and supportive stance of the Palestinian people and their just cause and their valiant resistance, and confronting the enemy entity supported by the United States, Britain and the West. He reviewed statistics of what was targeted by the aggression coalition at the level of various sectors.
He pointed out that holding the conference and reviewing statistics comes to remind the Yemeni people of global aggression and not everyone forgets that. “Any understandings and reco
nciliations and an attempt to include Saudi Arabia as a mediator in the dialogues will be against the Republic of Yemen and the Yemeni people,” he said.
The caretaker Foreign Minister reiterated that the Ansar Allah component is the one who confronted the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression alongside the national forces and the coalition was defeated. He stressed that the political settlement will include all those who fell on a martyr, a house and became an aggression.
He expressed pride in developing the Yemeni military capabilities that forced everyone to talk with the leadership of Sana’A. He pointed out that investment in the country during the ten years stopped completely and played a major role in the development of society, the economic and financial process and all fields.
For his part, the Minister of Human Rights in the caretaker government, Ali Hussein Al-Dailami, explained that the holding of the press conference in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reflects the complementarity of roles
in exposing and exposing the crimes of US-Saudi-UAE aggression in the past nine years.
He pointed out that the press conference coincided with the ninth anniversary of the National Steadfastness Day of the Yemeni people, to emphasize that the US-Saudi-UAE aggression committed during the nine years all the most serious international crimes stipulated in international criminal law and met all their elements and proved the criminal responsibility of the leaders of the regimes of the countries of aggression and their mercenaries.
Minister Al-Dailami stated that the United Nations deliberately failed to implement the rules and provisions of international criminal law in holding accountable and punishing the perpetrators of these crimes from the leaders of those countries, which made the countries of the coalition of aggression persist in their crimes and violations against the Yemeni people, their capabilities and property.
He pointed out that the press conference focuses on recalling the crimes of the coalitio
n of aggression against Yemen, most notably the grievances of the Yemeni people and their legendary steadfastness on all tracks and their adherence to their faith identity that they acquired from the Holy Quran and the master of humanity, peace and blessings be upon him.
The Minister of Human Rights reviewed the magnitude of the humanitarian catastrophe that Yemen was subjected to as a result of the aggression and blockade and the accompanying acts of aggression and terrorist practices that resulted in the killing and wounding of thousands of citizens, most of them children and women, and the destruction of civil, cultural and religious objects.
“During nine years of aggression and blockade, the coalition and its mercenaries deliberately killed Yemenis with various types of prohibited weapons, including cluster, phosphorous and neutron bombs, so that the countries of aggression led by the United States, Britain and France made Yemen a testing ground for their lethal weapons, which brutally attacked thousand
s of citizens safe in their homes,” he said.
Al-Dailami revealed that the US-Saudi-UAE aggression coalition killed and injured 50,000 and 25 people, including four thousand and 123 martyrs of children, injured four thousand and 992 children, killed four thousand and 486 women and injured three thousand and 57 women, stressing that this statistic is not final, but as the Ministry of Human Rights was able to reach.
He stressed that the Ministry of Human Rights, in cooperation with local bodies and organizations, will work during the coming period on a comprehensive survey of the damage suffered by Yemen in all tracks and levels as a result of the aggression of the US-Saudi-UAE coalition to reach final statistics.
It referred to the direct damage of the aggression to infrastructure, the extensive destruction of water resources, agricultural crops and fisheries, the destruction of the health sector and educational institutions at all levels and basic, professional and academic formats, damage to judicial insti
tutions, the repeated attacks of aggression against airports, seaports, gas stations and tankers, the generation of electricity and the deliberate bombardment of bridges, roads, corridors and land, sea and air ports.
He considered the crimes of the US-Saudi-UAE aggression coalition a clear and explicit violation of the rules of international humanitarian law and the provisions of its resources that prohibit and criminalize the targeting of civilian objects under any circumstances or within any possible assessment, stressing that the aggression’s targeting of civilian objects and the catastrophic results that occurred, had an indirect impact on millions of Yemenis and the death of about one million and 400 thousand citizens, most of them children and women, for multiple reasons.
Minister Al-Dailami touched on the practices deliberately adopted by international humanitarian organizations affiliated with the United Nations and their evasion of duty, including the World Food Program and the World Health Organiz
ation, and their efforts during the nine years to reduce humanitarian aid to more than six million and 400 thousand and their repeated threats to stop aid to the Yemeni people.
He pointed out that the Yemeni people, despite the US-Saudi-UAE coalition’s war, massacres, killings, displacement and economic war over nine years, will not surrender and will not be defeated, but have increased steadfastness, determination and determination to withstand and achieve victory.
The Minister of Human Rights in the caretaker government saluted the Leader of the Revolution, Mr. Abdul Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, who led Yemen in the most difficult stage and succeeded with his patience and confidence in the Yemeni people in overturning the scales, changing equations and triumphing for right, history and Yemen’s grievances.
He praised the valor of the heroes of the Yemeni armed forces, the sacrifices of those stationed on the frontlines defending Yemen, and the role of the missile force, naval forces and mujahideen in stud
ies and research centers to develop Yemeni deterrent military capabilities.
Minister Al-Dailami concluded his speech by saying that “Yemen’s steadfastness and victory was for Palestine and for its sake and that the aggression against Yemen was aggression against Palestine, its people and its cause, and after Sana’a withstood for more than nine years and was able to change the equations, it intervened effectively within the framework of the fronts of support for the Palestinian people, who have been subjected to a Zionist genocide war for six months.”
For his part, Deputy Minister of Expatriates Affairs Zayed Al-Riyami expressed pride in the victory of the Yemeni people over the US-Saudi-UAE aggression coalition after nine years of steadfastness, steadfastness, giving and sacrifices on various fronts, sectors and tracks.
He pointed out that the steadfastness and steadfastness of the Yemeni people and their rallying alongside the leader of the revolution, Mr. Abdul Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi and the Supreme
