Literacy Eradication Agency’s head confirms transfer allowance for the agency’s educational staff will be paid before Eid al-Fitr


The head of the Literacy and Adult Education Agency, Ahmed Al-Kabsi, confirmed that transportation allowances would be paid to the agency’s educational staff in various provinces before Eid Al-Fitr.

Al-Kabsi explained in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the agency has completed all arrangements so that the disbursement process will begin from tomorrow, Saturday, to all educational staff in the agency within the framework of translating the directives of the revolutionary and political leadership, despite the exceptional and difficult circumstances resulting from the continued aggression and siege.

He appreciated the efforts and support of the Caretaker Minister of Education, Yahya Al-Houthi, in order to provide transportation allowances for male and female teachers of literacy and adult education in various provinces to reduce their living burdens and contribute to their continued performance of their duties.

Al-Kabsi praised the steadfastness of the educational staff over the years of ag
gression and siege, expressing thanks to the revolutionary and political leadership and everyone who contributes to supporting the programs , activities of the literacy and adult education apparatus.

Major public march in Sa’ada to commemorate International Al-Quds Day and victory for oppression of Gaza


Mawlid al-Nabawi Square in Sa’ada province witnessed a large public march to commemorate the occasion of International Al-Quds Day and a victory for the oppression of Gaza, in the presence of the province’s leadership, members of the local authority, and scientific and academic figures.

Participants in the mass march, which took place as part of 19 other marches in various districts, raised chants of innocence against Jews and Christians and affirmed the continued victory for the oppression of Gaza and the Palestinian people.

The statement of the massive march renewed the pledge and loyalty to God, His Messenger, and our blessed leadership in our commitment to supporting the Palestinians and implementing the directives of the wise leadership for any options it adopts to combat the enemies of God and humanity.

It stressed that the Palestinian issue is our issue , the nation’s first , fundamental issue, that the nation must protect , care for the holy sites and take the initiative to liberate them. The batt
le to liberate Holy Al-Quds and all of Palestine does not belong to the Palestinian people, but rather is the responsibility of the entire nation.

The statement assured the American-British enemy and their defeated alliance – God willing – that their reckless aggression against our people and our country will only make us more steadfast and resolute in our position in supporting the Palestinians, and that we are ready to confront this aggression until victory.

It also stressed the importance and necessity of continuing activities, events and demonstrations in supporting, and solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people, congratulating the heroic operations of the men of jihad and resistance in the various Palestinian factions and supporting fronts.

The statement stressed the importance of escalating the awareness and education campaign to boycott American , Israeli goods and the companies that support them, praising the popular and official interaction with the boycott campaign, renewing the call for t
he entire world, especially the Arab and Islamic countries, to criminalize Zionism and boycott everything related to it.

Massive public march in Al Mahwit on International Al-Quds Day occasion


Al Mahwit’s people province gathered in a massive public march in commemoration of International Al-Quds Day and under the slogan ‘ Flood of the Free,’ in victory for Gaza, the Palestinians and their valiant resistance, in solidarity and support for the Palestinian cause.

In the march, which was led by the governor of the province, Haneen Qatina, province deputies, the public mobilization official, the director of the province’s security, local, executive, security and military leaders, sheikhs, notables and social figures, the participants raised the Palestinian and Yemeni flag, affirming their firm and principled position in support of the people and the Palestinian resistance and their readiness for all options taken by the revolutionary leadership within the framework of the battle of holy jihad against the usurping Zionist enemy entity.

The people of Al-Mahwit denounced the continued silence of the Arab and Islamic countries and their shameful and humiliating position regarding the murders, genocide,
and siege taking place in Gaza.

They affirmed their firm and principled position in support of the people , the Palestinian resistance, and their readiness for all options taken by the revolutionary and political leadership within the framework of the battle of holy jihad against the usurping Zionist enemy entity.

Meteorology forecasts thunderstorms and strong winds


The National Center of Meteorology and Early Warning expected thunderstorms of varying intensity in several provinces, and strong winds on the coasts, during the next 24 hours.

The center stated in its weather bulletin, a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that thunderstorms of varying intensity are expected, reaching heavy levels, which may be accompanied by hailstones, in Hajjah, Al Mahwit, Amran, Sana’a, Dhamar, Raymah, Ibb, Al Dhale’ and Al Bayda provinced.

Scattered rains of varying intensity may fall on Sa’ada, Al-Jawf, Marib, Lahj Heights, northern Abyan, Shabwa, and the highlands adjacent to Tihama Plain.

The center called on citizens in areas where rain is expected to fall, to be careful and not to be in flood paths and valley valleys during and after the rain.

Seafarers, fishermen, and ship captains in the southern Red Sea, Bab al-Mandab, and western Gulf of Aden were warned of sea turbulence and wave heights that could reach 4 meters or more.

The center also warned v
ehicle drivers on mountain roads against decreased horizontal visibility due to the formation of fog or water mulch, and against crossing ground bridges when torrential rains flow.

Crowds continue to flock to Al-Sabeen Square in the capital, Sana’a, to participate in the grand march to commemorate International Al-Quds Day.

The streets of the capital are still witnessing a large influx of participants arriving from all districts to commemorate International Al-Quds Day, carrying banners and slogans emphasizing the continuation of the Yemeni position in support of the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance until victory is achieved.

While the entrances to the capital secretariat were crowded with large crowds coming from Sana’a province for the massive and honorable attendance, in support of the Palestinian cause, which will remain present in the conscience of the Yemeni people and is considered the central issue of the nation.

Electricity warns citizens against building near high-voltage lines and holds violators responsible


The Ministry of Electricity and Energy warned citizens against building near high-voltage lines as it poses a great risk to their lives, holding violators fully responsible for the resulting damage.

The Minister of Electricity in the caretaker government, Dr. Muhammad Ahmed Al-Bukhaiti, in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), called on the leadership of the corporation and its regions to take the necessary measures against violating citizens in cooperation with the relevant authorities, and to take what is necessary for the public interest.

Minister Al-Bukhaiti warned citizens in all Yemeni provinces not to build under high-pressure lines, stressing that the directives stipulate preventing displacement of the foundation’s columns for any reason.

Because of the risks it poses to the network , columns, and to preserving the organization’s money.

He praised the efforts of the Third District leadership and its engineers in controlling some of the violating commercial stations, as the calculation of
the transformer current loss in one of the violating stations was estimated at 20 million riyals… stressing the intensification of monitoring campaigns and arresting violators in the interest of the institution and preserving public money.

Minister Al-Bukhaiti called on electricity district managers to facilitate the procedures for restoring power to citizens, especially large subscribers, taking into account the installation of transformers in appropriate places determined by the technical , engineering teams, and holding violators fully responsible for any loss or damage resulting from placing transformers in inappropriate places.

Meeting of executive office in Marib


The Executive Office in Marib province discussed,in its meeting today, headed by Governor Ali Taaiman, mechanisms to enhance local performance and preparations to commemorate International Al-Quds Day.

The office reviewed reports on performance of service offices level , the activities of the campaign to support Al-Aqsa, and the arrangements for holding summer schools.

At the meeting, Governor Taaiman stressed the need to mobilize and prepare well to commemorate the occasion of International Al-Quds Day, as a reminder of the oppression of the Palestinians and the acts of killing and destruction they are subjected to in Gaza and the occupied territories.

He called on the people of the provinces to participate widely in this important event to deliver a message to the Zionist enemy entity that Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Palestinian issue will remain the central issue of the nation… stressing the necessity of strengthening efforts, raising the level of performance of executive and service offices, and coordina
tion between parties to overcome difficulties.

For their part, the attendees praised the events, marches, vigils, popular military parades, and activities taking place in the various directorates of the province in solidarity with the Palestinians, noting the importance of continuing the work of mobilization to support the Palestinian people.

Distribution prosthetic devices for people with special needs in Hajjah


The branch of the Disabled Care and Rehabilitation Fund in Hajjah province launched the third phase of the project to distribute prosthetic , medical devices and assistive tools for people with disabilities under the slogan ‘We are coming in the tenth year and Palestine is our first cause.’

This phase, which costs 35 million riyals, funded by the Fund’s main center, includes wheelchairs, wheelchairs for the disabled, bathroom chairs, and clinical and educational carts for 150 people with disabilities, in addition to crutches and medical mattresses for 40 beneficiaries from all the province’s directorates.

For his part, the director of the Fund’s branch in the province, Yahya Al-Naami, explained that the third phase of the project comes within a package of projects implemented by the branch to alleviate the suffering of people with disabilities, the severity of which has been exacerbated by the difficult circumstances that the country is going through as a result of the continued aggression.

He noted that
the first and second phases targeted 450 people with disabilities… calling on the province’s leadership and civil society organizations to provide support to the Fund branch to ensure the continuity of its services and reach the largest possible number of people with special needs in all directorates of the province.
