JENIN, Sunday, May 23, 2021 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces placed concrete blocks on the secondary roads leading to the town of Ya’bad, southwest of Jenin, as well as continued to bulldoze Palestinian residents’ agricultural land in the area to pave a road for the exclusive use of illegal Israeli settlers, according to a local official.
Ya’bad member of town council, Samer Abu Bakr, said large Israeli military forces stormed the area and proceeded to place concrete blocks on the secondary roads leading to the town of Ya’bad, obstructing residents’ movement.
Israeli bulldozers continued today to raze Palestinian residents’ agricultural lands to pave a road to link it with an illegal settlement outpost, built four years ago on land expropriated from Palestinians, in order to facilitate the movement of the illegal Israeli settlers.
